Our home offers gorgeous sunset views from the heated, saltwater pool and the comfortable covered lanai retreat. Share stories with your friends after all of the fun you have had time checking out our various local events. Turtle's Getaway is located in a quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. This home has over 2200sq ft. No extra fees for guests up to the max 8. No extra electricity charges to heat the pool.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, less the locked closet in the master bedroom.

Other things to note:

Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.

Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Fines are extensive for the guest if code enforcement is involved, so please be aware of your noise levels.

-Currently our occupancy is limited to up to 8 overnight guests. Additional day guests may visit but need prior approval. Please message us.

-Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 7:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors. Absolutely no outside music after 10p on the lanai.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, and no illegal drugs.

-Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire time to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM. If possible, we will allow early check in or late check out for 2 hours before/after but it must be discussed in advance and we will require an additional fee of between $50+ to an extra night for checking out late.

-We ask you to start a load of towels laundry and load and start the dishwasher with the dishes you have used when you leave.

-We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well.

-Occasionally stuff breaks. We get it! Should you break anything including a glass or a plate, please message us immediately so we can start the process of getting it fixed.

You are our guest and we care about you and your experience in our home! Should you find anything amiss or need help operating something, please message us! We love to hear from you and want you to have an outstanding visit.


General information:
-Pool & Beach towels are provided.
-Outdoor grill to be used in the garage or driveway only. Please clean after using.

Disclosures
-Outside cameras are on the property at the front door, above the garage door, above the pool equipment and in the garage towards the mechanicals for your safety and security.

-Occasionally there will be pool maintenance and a landscaping crew present to clean and maintain the property. Our maintenance crew will never enter the home.

Unfortunately, the following has to be spelled out:

***Any violation of the house rules can lead to immediate eviction and fine's with no refund upon eviction.

***You acknowledge and will obey all house rules and regulations upon booking.

***If you plan on throwing a party at the property, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK***

You are in Florida. As so, there are wildlife abound. Don’t be surprised to see the wildlife while vacationing in the area. Our wildlife includes iguanas, alligators, mice, mosquitos, bees, chipmunks, spiders, millipedes, ants (fire, bull and sugar), snakes and super cute burrowing owls. Please be aware of your surroundings, and do not approach the wildlife.

It can rain a considerable amount in Florida. Unfortunately, the landscaping can not always be done on a day you are not there, as the schedule often gets pushed due to the rain. We apologize in advance if they come early one morning of your stay. They are however, the best in the business and are very fast at what they do.
We are entrusting our home to you because we want to share its beauty. We operate on a mindful level and hope to attract the same guests to our home. Thank you for taking the time to read our house rules.

Master bedroom has a king bed. 1st Guest room has a king bed. 2nd Guest room has a full over full bunk beds with a twin size trundle bed. Den/Office area has a double sofa bed.

Child strollers, high chair, pack n play, baby monitor, baby bath seat and exersaucer always available at the home.

Beach cart, umbrella, blanket, 2 portable coolers, beach bag, kids scooter, towels, life jackets and boogie boards available for beach use. Please do not use the boogie boards in the pool.

Scent free laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and hand soaps used at the property. We cannot control if a guest purchases detergents or soaps that may have fragrances, but we try to avoid as much as we can due to owner sensitivity.

We have the house professionally treated every 6-8 weeks for insects. However, this is Florida and bugs happen. Don't leave doors/windows open to reduce their entrance.

5 minutes down the road from some restaurants and light shopping. Several trails nearby to walk.
