This home is located in a safe, quiet family neighborhood conveniently on Island Express Way (US80) with convenience store and restaurants just 3 minutes away.

A few meters from the house is the Oatland Island Wildlife Center, where you can enjoy over 2 miles of scenic trails through maritime forests, freshwater wetlands, and salt marshes. Visit over 150 animals from more than 40 species, including cougars, wolves, bobcats, alligators, and birds of prey and many other outdoor activities in the nature.

This is a residential/family community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other neighbors during your stay.

The home is perfectly located between Savannah`s famous River Street and Tybee Island beach. A short 12 minutes drive will take you to downtown and in just 15 minutes you will be at the beach. Many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, are just 3 minutes away. Near US 80 you can easily move around Savannah.

CREDIT CARD FEES. Any credit card fees charged by credit card companies in connection with payments made for the booking, including transaction fees or service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.
Parking: Two vehicles in the driveway.
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.
