Enter off of Broad St. Walk back in time with this charming 1864 home. The hard wood floors and trim are original as are many other aspects of the home. I have tried to maintain the historic charm of this home and add a modern touch of comfort. You walk right into the living room where there is a couch and chair to kick back in to watch tv that has You Tube TV downloaded onto it. I doubt you will do much of that since the historic downtown SAV will be calling your name. There is just so many haunts, historical sites, architecture, coffee shops and award winning restaurants to see. If you do chose to stay in and cook you will have everything you will need. The kitchen is nice and open to the living room with a little coffee station where coffee, sugar and tea are provided to get your trip off on the right foot. On the lower level is the master bedroom with a original fireplace that is not for use. Plenty of room to spread out. There is a full bathroom attached to the master and a dressing area to hang up your belongings. There is a tv in the master as well with You Tube TV on it. Upstairs is two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the washer/dryer. The back bedroom has a queen bed and a tv with You Tube TV. It is like you are sleeping in the tree tops. The other bedroom at the top of the stairs has two twin beds in it. Also a quaint fireplace that is not for use. Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans in them. All three bedrooms have blinds and curtains in them in case you were out late and need to catch some extra zzz's. There are also noise machines in each bedroom in case you need to drown out any hustle and bustle from the town. Upstairs there is also a full bathroom and a closet with a washer and dryer. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This home is not owned by a property management company. I run all three of my properties. I have another one a couple blocks from this home. I pride myself in a more personal experience with quick communication that you don't always get with a property management company.
