- COLORADO TRACTION LAW 2019: All motorist must have either snow tires, tires with the mud/snow (M+S) designation, or a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle on all state highways and interstates starting Sept 1 through May 31 of each year.

✔ ACCESSIBILITY:
- Stairs required to access the 2-story home with a basement garage

✔ POLICIES:
- No pets allowed
- No "Instant Booking." Please send a short note note about why you are visiting the area or etc
- No smoking or vaping

Beautiful, well-stocked home close to the slopes

Gorgeous home! The location is just a short drive to the ski slopes or to Main st for dinner. Our kids loved the assortment of toys and books, which kept them entertained during our downtime. And after a long day of skiing, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind and relax.Overall, this home was a great blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains!

Exceeded all expectations

I have rented a ton of different properties throughout the years, but this one has been the best by far. It was well-stocked including zip loc bags, spices, slow-cookers, etc. It was completely updated with new everything. We stayed there over spring break in 2025. I actually hate to recommend this property knowing that it may not be available next time I want to stay there because I will seek it out in the future.

A Modern Breckenridge Hideaway with Impeccable Style

I recently stayed at this stunning Breckenridge cabin and was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The interior design blends contemporary elements with the natural charm of the mountains, creating a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere. One of the most striking features is the set of custom-made metal railings, which give the cabin a sleek, modern edge. Equally impressive is the fully custom metal-fabricated fireplace, seamlessly integrating into the space and becoming an immediate focal point.Every corner of the cabin reflects a high level of taste and craftsmanship. From the carefully selected artwork to the plush furnishings and comfortable bedding, you can tell that a lot of care went into making every part of this home both beautiful and functional. If you’re looking for a place that perfectly fuses mountain charm with modern flair, you won’t be disappointed here!

Awesome Property

The house was great. Very clean when we arrived. Very stylish. Great view of the surrounding area to watch the snow fall by the fireplace. Great atmosphere. Close to all of the local ski lifts and to Main Street Breckenridge. Really appreciate the extra amenities like dish detergent, laundry detergent, cooking oil, sugar and spices. We brought our kids and 7 month old and they had toys and a crib and highchair which really came in handy. The view from the hot tub is awesome. Everything was perfect.
