Great location
This property worked really well for a 7-member family vacation with age range from 10 to 72. Kitchen was very well equipped. Dryer didn’t dry our clothes, but we worked around it. Great location for beach (across the street) and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Close to beach and restaurants
Overall the stay was good. The only thing is that the place is not well equipped. The place was clean and comfortable. Would recommend but be prepared to buy extra things for your stay.

Nice apartment great location
Very clean 3 bedroom and 3 bath was good for our family. We have two teen kids and each had their own bed and bathroom. Great location near the beach. Highly recommended!

Great location and functional, but the space is in need of some TLC. I was hoping some of the items that previous reviews had mentioned had been addressed, but many had not been. Washer/dryer are new, but there are still towel rods missing or broken and there is still a bathroom pocket door that's off the track, making it hard to close. Much of the condo complex property is well kept and welcoming (we've stayed in other units here before), but the entrance to this building, the hallway, and even the apartment door feel run-down. Wi-Fi wasn't working when we arrived. I don't think it would take much to make this condo as nice as it seems in the pictures, but it's a corporate management situation rather than a local owner/host, and they seem pretty removed from conditions on the ground. We had to leave early due to a crazy outbreak of gnats and ants in the apartment, but I think these were related to the weeks of torrential rains that had just come through. And we were given a partial refund for this early departure.

Family reunion
Good location. Excellent barbecue area. Overgrown vegetation prevented any hint of a view from the third floor. Loud maintenance nearby made the lanai unpleasant. The interior AC were noisy as well. Small crowded pools filled with small children were uninviting. Towel racks in two bathrooms were broken. The glass slider in the middle bedroom was badly in need of maintenance.

Very hard to find a three bedroom unit so I was very excited when coming across this spacious one. Within the first few minutes of arriving at unit…the master bath pocket door as well as 2nd bath fell off the track when closing it. I did reach out to management and they responded promptly to schedule fixing it but my partner was able to reattach it. The shower heads in each bathroom do not have different settings so it takes awhile to rinse off with the low pressure wide spray. Gross. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is amazing but this one clearly needed to be retired. While drying towels I smelled smoke and the noise the dryer made tumbling did not sound normal…. Dryer definitely out of commission. Bummer.The third bathroom cabinet door for towels was hanging by a hinge…missing wall hooks leaving lessened areas to hang towels. Front door lock was inconsistent to unlock when entering door code. It will definitely need to be replaced stat. Not worth staying here for what was paid.
