'The Very Best Location on Maui !' Our Kamaole Beach Royale offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1380 square feet of comfort and privacy! Walk to shopping, restaurants, and the best beaches on Maui! Watch our Virtual Tour (video tab is next to the photo4s tab) .for an insider's view of this lovely condo.
1 (one) parking space onsite available for you stay. Any additional will be offsite streetside,(300 feet north is closest).

There are SO many reasons to vacation here at our prime 'Kamaole Beach Royale'... For us, the reasons are personal... This is not just our vacation 'rental' ... This is our vacation 'home'. We own this wonderful piece of paradise because we love it! We visit Maui as often as possible, and want our time here to really count!

Most Condominiums in South Kihei did not have what we were looking for. 'Kamaole Beach Royale' has it ALL! Our Condominium is just 300 feet from Kamaole Beach Park. Our beach is Kamaole I Beach, and is often rated one of the best beaches in the world! Shopping - dining - entertainment... just a stroll away!

After a day's activities, we love retiring to the comfort of our spacious and fully-equipped Condominium. Here we have everything we need, and can relax in peace and quiet. We hope that you too will love our little piece of paradise, and come to feel as we do, that it is your home-away-from-home!

With 2 bedrooms having king sized beds, 1 bedroom with (2) twin beds (can be 1 King) & a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room ... There's room for everyone!
1 parking space at Condo comes with rental.

4 nights minimum stay (unless calendar opening is less) - Holiday season 14 nights.

$500.00 Damage deposit collected.

Perfect location

This property worked well for our family of 5. Location was perfectly situated near the shores in Kihei. Easy walking access to the beach! Minimal drive to other beaches. Food and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Love this condo building and its location to the beach..have stayed at this unit couple times, nice firm primary bed, other king bed a bit softer, easy to talk to owners if u have questions! Beach equipment and toys for kids, great rooftop bbq area

Perfect for our trip!

Carl and Linda’s place exceeded our expectations! It was well stocked and well maintained. They were very responsive when we had one small issue, and they fixed it immediately. I was super impressed! We would absolutely stay here again!

Maui 2025 Family Fun

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the BBQ area on top of the building, which has a beautiful view. We also appreciated having extra complimentary paper supplies. We loved all the small grocery stores that sell poke.

Great Kihei Location

The location of the condo is fantastic for beach going and proximity to restaurants & shops. The condo was as described and met our expectations. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers, etc were wonderful to have. No frills condo that is a great launching pad for Maui fun.

The property was fine. A few things that would have been nice to know is that only 1 car can park, the AC in the living room doesn't come on. Also it was a little dirty the master bathroom was covered in blonde hair and the shower drain and shower walls had it allover

Great location! But...

Our family travels a lot. We are not newbies to changing places. Pros: Location is amazing. It truly is. Just get your towel/blanket and in less than 5 min of slow walking you will find yourself enjoying one of the best beaches in the area. Apartment was clean and definitely better than pictures. Pros/Cons: Interior is kind of outdated. While nothing is wrong with it, we constantly had a feeling of being in grandma's house. Cons: Here I have to explain more. Everything was as usual accept one thing. After booking owner mentioned a "starter package" of what's needed and Costco availability. I didn't pay attention to this note until we arrived. And let me remind you, we travel a lot, using Airbnb, Vrbo. We never had this kind of "starter package" before. In this case "starter package" means about 1/4-1/3 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and no paper towels in the kitchen. That's it! So, lets see, you traveling, give or take, 8-10 hours on average to get there. From Chicago it was 4 hours flight to LA, 1.5 hour lay over and then 5 hours to Maui. You rented your car, finally got to your destination just to find out you need to go shopping just to use a restroom or make a quick meal. Really? We never had this kind of situation before. Mentioning of the Costco was really kind. It means for your 7-10 days stay you will need to buy 12 rolls paper towel and 24 rolls of toilet tissue... Nonsense. If not the location, I would definitely take off more than one star.

Best location in Kihei

Stayed in this complex before. Love the location! Lots of places to eat in walking distance and also shopping. Beach access is awesome at Kamaole Beach 2 directly across from complex and can walk to.

Great location

The property was a great location and perfect condo for our needs. That said, it was dirty when we arrived with sticky prints on lights switches and gunk and juice spills on the counters and surface. We also had two kids sleeping on air mattresses but there wasnt enough bedding for them.

Great location and beach access

There were 2 families that stayed in this condo, that comfortably slept all 7 of us. Beautiful rooftop patio! The only downfall of the patio is that it did not open until 7:30am. We wanted to come up and sip our coffee from the roof top while watching the sunrise. The only other issue we had is that we had to switch our rental vehicle 1 day into our trip because of a problem with the vehicle. We did not realize that we had to fill out a new parking form, until it was on our car window. By the time we filled it out, our vehicle had already been reported and a parking fine was attached to the license plate number. When we went somewhere to park, we ended up having to pay a parking fine, in addition to our parking fee. This could have been handled a little better, maybe a warning allowing for time to complete a new parking permit. Our trip was amazing and Kihei was a great place to stay.

Great stay on family vacay!

We were travelling with our adult children for a family trip to Maui. We needed 3 bedrooms and min 2 baths, and this condo met the need very well. All rooms had a king bed so no one felt they were getting a lesser room. We wanted walkability so if you went out for dinner there were no parking issues. There are many dining choices for lunch and dinner within several blocks. Having the beach so close created great flexibility for everyone to decide when they’d had enough sun, and could go back to the condo. It was spacious and well equipped to cook in a few times, great bbq’s on the roof top patio, with a great view of the sunset! All agreed, it was the perfect accommodation for our trip!

The perfect place to stay

From the moment we stepped in, everything was just perfect. The location, the view, the amenities in the condo, everything!! Super comfortable, quiet, and the owners made sure we were supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. It is a worry free place and perfect for the relaxation time we had. the beach is a three minute stroll and the location is perfect to get everywhere. The owners were also very friendly and helpful - accessible and available to answer questions we had. Overall, we will definitely try to come back as Maui is our favorite island.

Met the family need

We are: two grandparents, two parents, and two boys, ages 10 and 8. We fit nicely into the unit. There were two single beds for the boys. The toys and body board were a big hit. Communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend this rental.

Terrific location and well stocked

Our party of 5 had a lovely stay in this comfortable condo steps from the beach and south Kihei amenities. Super convenient location. Well stocked kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and seasonings. Roof deck with gorgeous west facing ocean views, tables, and gas grills was greatly appreciated on nights we decided to stay in and cook. Beds were comfortable, laundry is located in the bedroom with twin beds. Baths are good sized with some updating. Bring your own soap and shampoo, medicine cabinet was well stocked with various items including sun burn spray and rubbing alcohol. We added a bottle of anti fog for snorkeling to the hall bath. Tile floors are easy to vacuum as some sand will follow you home no matter how much you hose off or shower before returning from the beach. Air conditioning was appreciated in the afternoon, we opened the doors and windows once the outside temperature fell below 80 degrees which gave us a very comfortable breeze through the unit most nights. The lanai is well stocked with beach supplies including snorkel gear for kids, pool noodles, toys, umbrella, boogie board, and skim board. The sliding glass door can be difficult to open and close in the living room for children or weaker adults. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Kihei Beaches

Condo location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Kihei. Easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Condo had nice view of ocean and sunsets. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning listening to all the birds. The pool was refreshing for a late afternoon swim. Very comfortable and relaxing for our party of seven. Condo was equipped with most everything we needed and beds were comfortable as well. We did adjust the main toilet float so it wouldn’t continually run after flushing. Both sliding screen doors need to be re-screened and oiled to make it easier getting in and out. One of the nice beach chairs was broken. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer time together. Thank you! We so enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Kihei location & condo!

Great stay! We opted for a 3 bedroom condo which was perfect for 2 couples. We didn't have a car, so we rented bikes from Boss Frog's next door & were able to walk or bike to restaurants, happy hours, & shops daily. The beach is a very short stroll, and happens to be perfect for snorkeling & paddle boarding. The only (semi-negative) issue of note was the condo's WiFi doesn't reach to the 2 (non master) bedrooms near the front door. But that was OK since we didn't need to be in lovely Maui working on our laptops anyway! Owner communication was great - very prompt replies, & thorough/clear instructions each step of the way. We absolutely LOVED our stay in Kihei & this specific condo, and hope to return some day. Highly recommend this exact spot!

Great location. Fit our whole family easily. . Easy to work with owners and make arrangements. Beach and pool toys available to use, along with beach chairs and cooler. Grilling deck on upper level was great for making dinners for everyone while still enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again.
