- Check-in is firm at 4 pm; we cannot guarantee an early check-in. If your flight arrives very early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check in as soon as you are ready. We use the little time we have between groups to prepare the home. We want it to be perfect for you!

Late Check-out?
- Unfortunately, weā€™re unable to accommodate a late check-out request. As we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Great Place to Stay on Maui

We rented this place for the group of 5 people in early 30-s. We were very happy with the place. We really enjoyed the house, the back yard and the hot tub. The location was great too. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The place is very nice, cosy and well stocked with everything you need (even beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs, surf boards and bikes). Close to the lovely beaches of Kehei. Jonathan the landlord is very friendly, hospitable and made our stay very pleasant! He even surprised us with a lovely Maui pie one day! Highly recommended.

Hawaiian Family Vacation

Johnathon, the owner, is a super nice person. He welcomed us in and answered all of our questions. The location was close to the beach and close to a handful of restaurants and grocery stores. My family loved the house and the backyard was great to hang out, relax, and have a few Hawaiian Cocktails. Would recommend it for anyone.

Marvelous holiday home

This property is very well cared for - every detail was beautifully handled and available for our use. We really appreciated the snorkeling gear, the comfortable beds, the hot tub and the outdoor picnic table so that we could enjoy our breakfast outside. Jonathan is a great host and was available for questions that we had. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and morning swim. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent host and property

This property is just 2 blocks to the beach, is clean and fully equipped with anything you could imagine. The back yard is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. This property sleeps 6, but would be best suited for 2 couples and a child/children. We had 6 adults and the third bedroom lacked privacy, but otherwise, the property was perfect for our group of 6. Ali is a great host, and easy to connect with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Dream vacation on Maui

Overall, this house was in a great location, clean and beautiful accommodations and superb customer service. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness. The host made a note to greet us when we got there. He then showed us throughout the house to make sure we knew where everything was and answer any questions we had. Throughout the week, he was available to offer suggestions, and we saw a lot of great local sights based on his recommendations. This was one of the best houses we've stayed at. I would recommend this house to anyone.

A magnificent week in Maui!

This house is amazing and is exactly if not better than the pictures show. The garden is a great place to have breakfast while taking in the lush green surrounds and the deck chairs give you a chance to take in the sun without having to make the walk to the beach. The living room sofas are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed and stocked, the outdoor shed is full of chairs, snorkel gear, coolers...anything you can think you need for a day at the beach or a picnic somewhere you'll find it. There was nothing more I could have asked for except more time on Maui. I'll definitely book here again and would suggest it to anyone that is thinking of visiting this amazing place.

Great for Families

Great place. Jon was awesome. Checked us in, ran us through the house and all the toys, bbq, pizza ovens and hot tub and unfortunately, we didn't cross paths again until our check out. The kitchen was stocked with nearly new or new knives, plates, cutlery and cookware. We stayed at Jons place with our 4 kids (ages 19 down to 11) and had a great 5 day stay. We were super happy to arrive back at the house at night, after a full day of activities from the beach to Hana, and just relax, cook and enjoy family time. Book it. You wont be disappointed. Well-equipped and clean home. Great for a family.

We stayed at this Kehei home for a week in November 2019. The home is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach gear. We were excited to utilize the bikes but had a hard time finding safe bike routes accessible from the neighborhood. The living/kitchen area is roomy and comfortable. The only down side to this property is the 9 pm to 9 am Maui county quiet time where the usage of the backyard and hot tub are prohibited, which we didnā€™t realize. We would have enjoyed having outdoor breakfast and cool evenings in the backyard.

All the amenities you need for at home and the beach

This house had everything I needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The owner is very gratious, and even went to target for me to get beaters for homemade mashed potatoes. He has everything you need to have fun at the beach! Boogie boards, paddle board, bikes, snorkles, fins etc... The yard is very well kept and peaceful, but it is not completely private. The owner lives at this location and he rents another room on the top floor. If it is complete privacy you are looking for, then keep in mind you may not be there alone.

Beautiful, comfortable oasis- close to everything!

Jonathan was the consummate host. We loved our stay at your place - mahalo! The house is well appointed with everything you could need and more. The backyard was peaceful and inviting and we enjoyed morning coffee, afternoons after the beach, and dinners outside. (We loved our afternoon pizza making session with Jonathan and his pizza oven!) The kitchen (both indoor and out) had everything you could need. Comfortable indoors and nice soft towels and sheets, as well. The location of this house is perfect, very convenient jump off point to exploring Maui, especially all the S Maui beaches! Can't say enough nice things. We loved our stay at Jonathan's! My husband and I are already figuring out when we can come stay in the "honeymoon" suite. Mahalo for all Jonathan!

Home away from Home

Since we were in town already for another purpose, decided to go food shopping before we even checked in, done earlier than check-in time but owner accommodated us, so that was a relief! This home had all the conveniences we have in our own place, from the latest kitchen gadgets to a streaming NETFLIX, TV sets in each bedroom, convenient beds and luxurious sheets, a backyard where you can relax privately! Beaches are a walk away and if you want to bring some beach chairs, they were provided, too! The neighborhood was also quiet and was accessible to the closest shopping areas! There were about 3 major supermarkets, quaint shops, places of worship, banks, etc. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area, his daughter in fact emailed us before our arrival if we had any plans for sightseeing/tours so she could book them for us ahead of time. Would definitely rent this place again on our next HAWAIIAN getaway!!!

Excellent every time for 8 years

Over the course of the last 8 years my husband and I have stayed multiple times both in this house and in the upstairs cottage located in a separate structure next to the main building. The property is well maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood; the big back yard offers a hot tub, chairs for lounging, and plenty of space for all guests. We grill every evening; we sleep well every night in the well-appointed space, which includes a beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room, Blu-ray player, flat-screen TV with online access to 1000s of movies. There's even a free washer and drier! We look at Jonathan's rental as our home away from home on Maui, and Jonathan has always been so friendly and so full of aloha to us that we enjoy his company just as much as the property. In short: This rental property is what they call "No Ka 'Oi" around here -- "without peer."

Loved your house, yard, and extras! Would highly recommend!

Five of us, including my parents who are in their 70s down to my 18 year old son, loved staying in Jonathanā€™s 3 bedroom one level home in Kihei. Jonathan met us on arrival and showed us around the place. He stays on the property (different entrance) while in town. There is also a separate studio apartment upstairs (also with a different entrance). Neither situation caused any bother - the home still feels very private aside from an occasional friendly meeting in the spacious (and gorgeous) backyard. The home was super clean, sleekly decorated, and well organized. Every detail has been considered, from the fully stocked kitchen (even with spices and sugar) to the plentiful beach towels, beach mats/umbrellas/chairs/equipment, and access to washer/dryer. The beds are comfy. The third bedroom is perfect for a teen, with a bit lower mattress platform. There are even extra items in one of the bathroom vanity drawers such as razors and bandaids! This quiet block in North Kihei is an ideal central location to explore all the other parts of the island. We had an amazing vacation - mahalo for everything - including the pie!

What a wonderful time we had! Thank you, Jonathan!

This was the first and only honeymoon for my husband and I. So, we really wanted everything to be perfect. And, it WAS! We were so glad we chose to stay here rather than a resort or condo. Jonathan made us feel right at home and the place is GORGEOUS! We had some friends drop us off at the house and, I don't think we left the back yard for two days. It's absolutely beautiful. The hot tub is very clean and the neighborhood is established and quiet. All, which made for such a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is just beautiful! with lovely, hard wood floors, nice and clean bathrooms, a fabulous kitchen, comfy beds and couches, etc. We were able to stay in and cook and relax for a few days before taking on the island with our friends. I really hope we can stay here again next year and for each anniversary we have in the future. I highly recommend Jonathan's property. He also has a smaller one bedroom that we might consider for next year. I'm excited that we know of a place to which we can return. we loved this place

We had a party of 8 guys renting the house and the cottage for about a week in January. Jonathan was the owner and he was great and reply fast with our questions. Initially, we had concerns with the size of the place to fit all 8 of us for the house + cottage, but it all worked out fine. The photo here isn't very good. The living room/kitchen has a open floor plan and it has a very high ceiling so it didn't feel crowded for us. The cottage is nice and private. The place is nicely updated thru out. The house is located in the residential area of north Kihei, so it is very quiet after 8pm. The house has 3 living quarters: 3 bed/2 baths main level, owner's area (converted garage, main level) and upstairs cottage (above the owner's area). The owner is very friendly and helpful, we see him working on the house, doing yard work and checking on our toilet paper/paper towel supplies daily. The house comes with beach stuff so that was really nice. The bikes are on the older side, but no problem for just a short riding around Kihei. The back yard is very cute, especially at night when all the lights goes on, the owner would light up the tiki lights for us, too. The BBQ grill was awesome, the hot tub was clean and warm. There is a passion fruit tree in the front and Jonathan picked couple fruits for us, so we made a passion fruit egg tart out of it :)

Perfect home away from home

If you're looking for a space that allows you to feel like you're home, this is it. The house is immaculately clean, wonderfully decorated, and amazingly comfortable inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with more than the basic necessities for any cooking you may like to do during your stay. Having a stocked spice cabinet was a nice plus. The grill outside was perfect for cooking up the fresh catch of the day. The large inside open concept living space made for a comfortable space to lounge at the beginning and end of the day. The well-manicured outside space had plenty of outside seating to enjoy an afternoon nap or quiet time to reflect on the beauty of the island. Having spent many days during our stay outside adventuring, it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry or two during our stay with facilities right on sight, detergent included. Jonathan was kind enough to pop his head in to make sure we used his machine correctly to make sure our clothes came out sparkling clean. This house is located in a quiet neighboorhood away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism of the island, to make you feel like you truly have a home on Maui. Jonathan is a wonderful host and fully embodies the spirit of aloha. He is genuinely interested in making sure you not only enjoy your stay at his house but also on the island. He would check in with us to make sure we had all we needed, quick to offer a recommendation when asked and even brought us a fresh apple pie from Maui Pie. What a treat! I can't say enough things about this property and Jonathan. They are both absolute gems!

A Rare Find

We had an amazing stay at Jon's beautiful vacation rental. Having rented many homes through VRBO for over 20 years, we have never found a place as well equipped, clean, & organized as this one. Jon is also the most gracious and generous host we ever met. Jon's place is perfect for us because it is not part of a resort. His home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Kihei and centrally located to all activities, beaches and restaurants. We had initially rented only the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath because we were party of 6. However, our7th friend joined us last minute and Jon graciously accommodated us by opening up the lovely cottage located in the upper part of the house with a private entry. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious and extremely well equipped kitchen. Jon had just about every spices you may need, almost brand new pots and pans perfectly organized in the cabinets. We also used the excellent BBQ grill and baked homemade pizzas with the pizza oven that Jon provided in the backyard. Our pizzas came out perfectly thanks to Jon's help. We enjoyed our meals in his beautiful backyard which is nicely lit up with tiki torches and mood lighting. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The cottage would be a perfect romantic stay for two with the plush King bed and Jacuzzi tub. The whole place is impeccably clean. We could go on but we can't say enough about Jon's meticulous and thoughtful attention to details that makes his place such a special stay for his guests. We highly recommend Jon's place and look forward to our next stay here when we return to Maui.
