Located in Panama City Beach, this beautiful brand new 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in the lagoon neighborhood just minutes from the beach! Complete with an entire outdoor entertainment area including a 6 person Hot tub, firepit, covered seating, turf cornhole game, outdoor kitchen with large grill and boat parking! Our home is right in the middle of it all so it's easy to get to everything! Close to tons of eating locations, activities and just blocks from the beach!

Amazing Glow in the dark game room! Complete with 3 full size arcade games! A big screen TV, dart board, board games, Hot dog machine, popcorn machine, the perfect spot to entertain and send the kids! Raining in paradise? Who cares, we got a GAME ROOM!
Outdoor entertainment space- Outdoor kitchen with grill and ice machine, outdoor covered seating, fire pit, 6 person hot tub, Big screen TV and cornhole game on turf.
Driveway for private parking a space to park your boat!
Our home is a private home and the guests have full access, nothing is shared.
You get a Heidi! Heidi is our super host and is available to answer any and all questions PCB! Full concierge service including groceries delivered to the home before you even arrive!

Minutes from the beach, boat access, shopping, restaurants, arcades, shopping, go-carts, Ripley's believe it or not, Wonderworks, bowling, skating and so much more.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This house is a true 5star home! We have tried to think of everything, comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you could want, an amazing backyard with a hot-tub, corn hole, fire pit, full outdoor grill and kitchen, outdoor TV and tons of room for entertaining! We also just added an entire game room with life-size old school arcade games, a huge TV, popcorn machine, hot dog machine and all the extras! Some have said “It’s the best house in PCB! Come see for yourself.
