Beautifully decorated one bedroom/ two bath golf villa (larger floor plan), overlooking the 3rd hole at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom and living room are all equipped with TVs, DVDs, free WiFi and broadband internet. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!
Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.*** Please Note: Edgewater Beach Resort requires a Guest Registration Process and Fee, which will include one (1) parking pass for your vehicle.***
This condo is NO SMOKING, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Resort registration is required and provides parking access. Rates Do NOT Include 13% Tax & Cleaning Fee of $130. Damage Deposit $250. We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel and we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am.

Our second time staying - we love it.

This was the second time we have stayed in this condo. Great bed, easy location at Edgewater. Use the tram service to the beach.

Our 3rd stay!

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo and it was once again a great experience! The condo is clean, taken care of, and well stocked with everything you need. It’s a great little home away from home, and we will very likely be back again next summer! The property owners are also so kind and available to answer any questions you have, even when they were vacationing in another country!

Way better than expected!

This place was awesome! Definitely updated and perfect for our stay! It was way nicer then the pics I remember when booking this place. The owners are very friendly and helped answer all my questions.

Great Relaxation

We had a great time during our stay in this villa. We loved not having to search for a parking space in a huge deck or parking lot. The villa itself was so spacious and comfy that we felt like we were home away from home. Overall amazing experience. Now we can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Exactly as advertised

My son and I stayed here over Memorial weekend. This place would sleep 4 well. There is a large bedroom and pull out bed/sofa. It was clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Edgewater Resort Villa

I would definitely stay at this villa again! The first day we walked in, it was so clean and well kept. The property is well kept and the walk to the beach was perfect (also have trams to shuttle you there if you don’t want to walk). Loved seeing all the turtles in the ponds. The main pool and beach are gorgeous. If we head back to Panama City Beach, we would definitely stay here again.

Villa #2009

The villa was superb. Due to Covid-19 I was working remote and this stay had everything I needed to be able to work from the condo. Just a short walk to the beach and the excellent oceans restaurant. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely see about staying again if I am back in the area.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property for my daughter’s dance competition. It adequately accommodates our needs, is very clean, and stocked with all you could need to live away from home for a week+ like we did! The property owner, Liz, is so nice and makes herself available if you have any questions or needs while you’re there as well as before your stay. We will most likely be looking to book here again next year :)

PCB - Edgewater

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this villa for a dance competition. Communication with John and Liz was excellent. Villa was very clean and all included amenities were perfect. Location is only less than a 10 minute walk to beach, or you can call front gate for a free Tram ride. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Dance Competition week

We stayed for a national dance competition for the 2nd time at the villas. This was our first stay in this villa and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and had no issues. The decor is very cozy and made it feel like a home away from home. We will definitely rent again the next time we visit to PCB! Thank you Liz & John!

Peaceful stay in PCB!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay in this condo. From the moment we booked, Liz was a great communicator and available to answer any questions! This condo is updated and clean and well stocked with all the household essentials you could need. At first I was worried about being located towards the back of the property but we ended up loving the quieter location and found that it was really easy to get where we needed to go both on foot and by using the tram service offered by Edgewater. We would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming and comfortable

Clean- looked recently renovated-and nicely furnished. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Nice view of the golf course- about a 10-15 minute walk to main pool and the beach. Tram does pick up regularly. Unfortunately, there was construction (to the building) going on while we were there- that started around 7am. We woke up each morning to the sound of hammers and electric tools right outside our door. But overall- pleased with our stay.

The unit was nice, however the lights were really dim, the shower rack was rusted, and the cable was not working in the bedroom. There was also ants in the unit as well. The unit can use some updating. The location was very nice and close to the beach.

Very disappointed

The Condo was nice and clean. I stayed with my kids here for 5 days and 3 days out if 5 the main pool closed at 7 pm. Very disappointed for the kids. So if you like to enjoy the pool there is a 50% chance that the pool will be closed and the owners don’t have control of that so you never know what part of resort will be closed due whatever reason they went to close it. Just keep that in mind we all go on Vacation to enjoy pool and beach but its very sad when they close it early and you have to see police being dispatched to the pool deck.

Beautiful Place

The pictures did not do the Villa justice! It was decorated so pretty! Very comfortable! The owners were so friendly and took care of any needs we had. I would highly recommend!

Clean and private!

This was a very clean condo and I loved the private aspect. We didn’t hear any neighbors the whole week we were there. We drove over to the pool/beach most days (2 minute drive), but I walked one day and it was only about 5-10 minute walk (it’s a little long if you have a lot of beach gear). We didn’t use the tram service but saw a lot of people utilizing it. Liz is super quick to reply to Any questions I had. The bed was super comfortable which was awesome! The only complaint we had was that the TVs are a little outdated, so you may want to bring a Roku or fire stick. We only really watched tv at night, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Great place in PCB.

Great 1 bedroom that easily fit my fam of 4. Right across the street from the other part of Edge Water so you can take a short drive (1-2 min) or take the tram to reach the beach and big pools (smaller pool right out in front of this condo). It's nice and quiet at the end of the day away from the main pool area so kids going down early after a day of fun is easy to accomplish. Well maintained, well decorated and great location. Owners were fantastic.
