About Coronado Towers:
Coronado Towers is located on the driving section of the beach and offers amazing oceanfront condos. Built in 1969, there are 44 units in the complex. There are 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath and 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath units, which are all direct oceanfront. The complex has a heated oceanfront pool, just steps from the beach. You can relax by the pool as well on their pool deck which has umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area poolside overlooking the beach. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and cable TV. Linens are also provided, and you will receive a reserved parking space. There is free WIFI available in all of their units. Coronado Towers is located just walking distance from historic Flagler Avenue.

The condo and location are phenomenal! Pool is nice as well and it's very easy to get to the beach - which is awesome. Great, great location! Less than a 1/2 mile to Flagler via the beach, getting to other restaurants on Flagler and over to Canal street is a breeze. Everything was about perfect. Enjoyed the stay! Thank you.

Great Location

Condo was nice but check in was difficult, and once I sent my vehicle info I did not get any return message so i was not sure it was revied. Also lost cable and internet for 3 days which made the evenings when we wanted to relax a bit difficult not being able to watch tv. Also, no internet made it difficult to check in at work

Maintenance inside

There were 3 light bulbs burned out in the 5 bulb master bathroom. No light in the slower so brown and black tiles was very dark.The sheets were not clean. There was hair and food smudges on them. We changed them and laundered the first set. The drawer in the bathroom vanity is warped shut. There was no remote for the tv that turned it on or off. I tried 4 times on 4 different days to get the required parking pass but no one returned my message and there was never a person in the office.These things can easily be fixed and we didn’t allow them to deter us from having a good time.

Christmas on the beach

A wonderful condo and complex that is steps from the beach! Great Ocean Reps were professional, polite, and accommodating. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The only things we would have changed would have been to reserve a first floor condo, only because taking our doggo to go potty meant carrying him up and down the stairs! Also, the county beach ordinances restricted us from taking our dog to the beach on the property. Had we known that he wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach there, we may have opted to stay inland at a house or on the beach in a county that allows pets on the beach.

New Smyrna Beach

Overall the property was nice but we had no balcony to sit & enjoy our view. They were doing construction & it was to be completed by August 31. No one let him s know it was not finished My husband (disabled) & my 88 year old mom were very disappointed as they were looking forward to sitting on the balcony. They tried to look through sliding glass doors but they stayed foggy a good portion of the time. The condo was in a great location.

Beach Fun

Favorite beach

Best location on NSB. Love the outside amenities. The 201 unit needs some deep cleaning, and new mattresses desperately! We wouldn’t even mind the outdated interior if we could just sleep comfortably. And we might even felt like helping with the deep cleaning if we had been a little more rested. For what could be a beautiful condominium it lacks some TLC. The down stairs neighbors would also like it if the air conditioning didn’t drain into their unit causing mold in the walls. We had to drain the five pound bucket that we found under the leaking air conditioner drain valve that was full and running over. The beach is absolutely beautiful!

Surviving Hurricane Ian

The information that we received regarding check in was not accurate. The unit was clean & the ocean view was nice. Some things need to be updated or replaced. The couch sits very low & is not comfortable, the shower heads are very low, & the overhead lighting in the kitchen needs to be repaired. We happened to be in New Smyrna Beach during Hurricane Ian. Every window in our unit leaked & the ceiling leaked in many places. We did not get much information from the property manager regarding the hurricane. It was not the relaxing vacation that we had envisioned.

Truly Relaxing Stay

Overall the property and communications were great. A short walk down the beach to the small shops and restaurants was awesome. And general location was great, too. We suggest a few minor upgrades/renovations such as: *the large screen on slider door to patio needs to be fixed *fix the 'master' leftside shower door *update the door key fab/lock - difficult to use and not detach! Thank you for a nice stay!

Awesome views, Cute beach vibe.

The unit offers a comfortable space for 3 people near the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Included are a nicely appointed kitchen, a relaxing living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having said that, I need to mention the need for some furniture updates. The beds in guest room need to be replaced or at least given new mattresses. The pull out sofa bed is broken with a sign on it stating "Do Not Open. Broken Frame". So why not fix or replace it? Their cleaning service could do a better job... The blender was dirty, and the small appliances in pantry were dusty. (Even if no one uses them, they still should be clean.) The toaster oven was coated with a greasy film & full of bread crumbs. We found trash under one of the twin beds (empty water bottle & some waste paper). One last small critique... Two thirds of the way into our stay someone changed the access codes on the gates to the pool and the beach without updating us. It wasn't until the 3rd day after informing management that we were given the proper access code. But overall, our stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely rent this place again. You can't beat the views or the location to all the wonders of NSB!

Fall beach trip

I booked this location for a fall beach trip and could not have been more pleased. It was the first time I had stayed on North Atlantic Ave.and was very pleased to be so near the Flagler Avenue district. We walked there for dinner and a few breakfast outings and the pool and beach were very close by. We will be returning here in the future.

Good spring vacation

The location was great. Easy walk to Flagler Ave. The beach and cars driving on the beach were more busy than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked. I would best describe this accommodation as very comfortable.

Housekeeping Issues

Beautiful views-great pool! Only downside was dog hair everywhere on furniture, pillows, kitchen pantry and floors. When rental company called to address issue -cleaner sent to unit and we returned to find things basically the same. Cleaned ourselves-used a lint roller for the furniture-all of which could have been done by them.

You want beach front...you got it!!

Condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and WOW what a view. Easy to book, communication was easy when we needed it, which made the experience more enjoyable and we were able to relax.
