★PROPERTY OVERVIEW★

You are renting 2 homes, our Bungalow that is a 3 bed, 2 bath home and our Tiny Home which is a studio style home with a queen bed, private bathroom and spacious kitchen. We do not rent these homes separately so you will have the entire 1.7 acre property to yourself!

**Please note we are perched above a road where you will hear road noise--it gets drastically more quiet at night but we supply noise machines to reduce any disturbances from the road. **

Both homes have a fully stocked kitchen-the tiny home has a large toaster oven and hot plate instead of an oven.

★DINING SPACES★

The bungalow has a dining room with seating for 8 while the tiny home offers seating for 4, 2 at a table and 2 at the breakfast bar.

★BATHROOMS★

All bathrooms offer essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, hand soap and a hair dryer. The bungalow has 2 bathrooms, the primary has a shower while the guest bath also offers a shower.
**Our primary bathroom has a large window with tint and a roman shade for added privacy.**

In the tiny home, you have another private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

★GAMES & OUTDOOR AMENITIES★

You'll find an array of fun outside for the whole family, including your furry friends! From our large firepit with a standup small charcoal grill, our private hot tub next to a mountain inspired mural, cornhole boards, a propane grill, to a large fenced in dog run out back.

The Bungalow:

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have access to the entire 1.8 acre property, minus a few locked closets and the garage (Soon being converted into a game room!).

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
We are happy to accommodate early & late check in's for $30 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $100 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.

We have a propane and small camp charcoal grill. We do supply propane but you will need to bring your own charcoal if you prefer to use that one.

By booking with us you acknowledge the hosts shall not be liable to guests, invitees, or any other person for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the property. Guests shall hold hosts harmless and indemnify hosts from and against all loss, injury, miss, or abuse of any part of the property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of guests or invitees.
