**IMPORTANT** Deposit must be paid and a rental agreement must be accepted by both parties before the reservation will be transferred into renter's name after final payment is made. There are no refunds for cancellation. We STRONGLY recommend rental insurance if you think there might be any need to cancel a reservation.

Rent with confidence. We are longtime Westin/Starwood owners who own multiple units at Harborside Atlantis, and have very positive reviews. Our unit for rent here is a 2br Lock-off unit that will sleep up to 8 people.

You will have the convenience of a full kitchen including a dishwasher and there is wifi (wireless internet) onsite, this 2br lock-off unit consists of the 1br standard side which has a kitchenette and the 1br premium side which has a full kitchen.

You may utilize the endless Atlantis amenities, or relax using the many amenities located at the harborside resort. You may take a short walk through the marina village to reach the Atlantis resort or access the **free complimentary shuttle that runs between the 2 resorts!

The Atlantis has a 6 story mayan temple with 5 water slides, 2 that pass through a shark-filled lagoon. The seven-story power tower was added which has four breathtaking water slides. The temple river surrounds the power tower providing a one-mile-long wave river ride with five-foot waves.

** Value-Added Tax
The Bahamian government has implemented the VAT, a new type of consumption tax charged at 12% on most goods and services that businesses provide in the Bahamas, including, but not limited to credit card deposits, housekeeping services, and internet charges. VAT is also charged on certain goods and services imported from outside the Bahamas.

** The resort will also place a $100/day "hold" on your credit card to cover incidentals. This is not a charge, but it is a hold and ensures that your credit card has funds available. All of your actual purchases will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.

The cost for Internet is $24.60 for a 24 hour period for up to 4 devices.
