Boasting a beautiful location right on the golf course, this town home includes all the comforts of home. There's a fully equipped kitchen, two wood-burning fireplaces, two living areas, and a furnished patio. It's the perfect size for a large group or family and the perfect getaway, whether you're visiting during the summer or the winter

Eagle Vail, Co. is between Beaver Creek and Vail…3 minutes from the town of Avon which has The Westin Spa and Ski Resort with chair lift to Beaver Creek, Avon Bakery, City Market, Restaurants, Walmart, Movie Theaters and Fine Dinning @ Beaver Creek, Ice Skating, Five Star Spa's Cordillera and The Hyatt and many more. This spacious town home is on the 14th hole of Eagle Vail golf course. It takes only five to eight minutes from the home to the town of Vail…which has more fine dinning, Skiing, Golfing, Fishing, Mountain Climbing, Horse back-riding, etc., etc.,

Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts have so much to offer!!! My home has beautiful views of the mountains and of the golf course, streams, play ground, and I back up to the National Forest. Real wood burning fireplace, TWO Master King Suites, Two Twins, Two Full size, sleeps eight comfortably with out making up the two blow-up Queen mattress, laundry room, full kitchen, out door Barbecue, one car garage, nice deck, three full baths and one 1/2 bath on main level. As well as a Front patio with a rectangular table that seats 6 comfortably.

Amazing

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and big and very fancy and the breakfast was very good. With every penny and in a great location.

this property is well stocked there could be more towels, a broom and vacuum sweeper.

we loved staying in this property. very well stocked. would of liked to have a broom and sweeper to maintain the floors. each room was well decorated and felty cozy. the fire place nice to warm up to after being out skiing all day. thank you for a nice place to stay

Good stay for large group with 3 floors to space out. Listing was accurate. Everything went as planned, no issues. Appreciated the early & late check out.

Never got to stay at the property

We never got check in instructions and couldn’t reach the owner so vrbo put us up in a hotel the first night and the owner refunded our money.

Great location

We were never told where to find the key to get into the home but a call to VRBO got us in touch with the agent and the issue was resolved.Home as a whole needed some TLC. We enjoyed the outdoor deck, we set up an outdoor table and ate and played cards enjoying the Mountain Views. We needed to restock the kitchen with basics ie paper towels. Carpeting on stairs needed attention as it was loose on one of the stair treads presenting a possible fall risk.Throw rugs in kitchen were also a fall risk so we put them in the garage. Previous guests did not clean cookware as well as possible before putting it away. BBQ grill needed scrubbing before it could be used so we did not grill on the BBQ, used a different grill. However, all things considered we would reserve this location again for a long stay.

Large comfortable, reasonably priced townhome near Vail

The home was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed for a large group. It is located right on the Eagle-Vail golf course, which provides a plethora of trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in winter. It is about a 15 min drive to Lionshead village. Furnishings are a bit dated, but for the price it is a steal so close to Vail. I would have given it 5 stars except for one major problem-- only 2 cars were allowed to be parked at the unit. This may be an HOA rule for outside parking, but a garage is advertised on the website, although we were told it was not available for guests. We really needed that 3rd car and ended up shuttling people back and forth to Vail for our scientific meeting in Lionshead. I think the garage should be removed from the VRBO website if it is not available for guests to use.

This was advertised near a ski bus. It was not a walkable distance. We had to drive to ski area and park for $30 a day. The town home was not very clean. Carpets were dirty and everything generally run down. Silverware had to be rewashed. Shower door was off and sitting in the tub. No soap in the unit or dishwashing liquid. The toilet was overflowing. The host argued with me about the above conditions, saying she took pictures and soap is never offered. I have rented many times, and there is always soap in the units. I feel I should be offered some discount. I have pictures too.

Stay at vail town home

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely townhome. It was so convenient to downtown Vail and had beautiful views. It has all the amenities that you need for a stay at a town home. Very clean and very comfortable. The beds and the pillows or wonderful the beds were very cozy. I love the fireplace features too.

Wonderful get away!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this cozy and convenient property. The location on the golf course was beautiful and just a short trip to downtown Vail, Lionshead, Beaver creek,shopping and the grocery. Had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy our privacy when needed. The kids loved access to all the movies,parks, walking trails and building a fire for smores! Wish we could do it all over again!! Thanks for the opportunity to experience your lovely home and can't wait for our winter vacation there-Debra

extremely disappointed rentor

Rentor beware. The manager required full payment by certified check weeks before our arrival. I should have seen this as a red flag. Since it was not a payment by credit card, we have little recourse. Upon arrival we inspected the home. It was obvious the owner kept dogs in the home. There was dog poop in the back yard, stains in the carpet, a dog bowl and a leash hanging in the home. There was also a terrible smell. My asthmatic wife, immediately began coughing and had to leave the home to use her inhaler. The other members of our group noticed the smell and several stated their eyes were burning. We had our 6 month old grandbaby with us and no one wanted her exposed to the stains, poop or smell. We immediately called the rental manager and informed her the place was uninhabitable. We have asked for a refund, but it was refused. This is in spite of the fact that the contract that she sent to us states the property was a "no pets" property.
