Los Suenos Resort - Beautiful Rainforest And Golf Course View

Enjoy this beautiful, well appointed 4000+ sq. ft. single family residence located in the exclusive gated Eco Golf community of Los Sueños Resort and Marina. Enter through a grand courtyard with a lush interior garden to enjoy it's Costa Rican architecture. Head on to a large dining area that flows into a spacious living room all with spectacular views of the exotic gardens, mountains and golf course. The home has a fully equipped Master Chef Kitchen with commercial appliances as well as a complete outdoor kitchen with seating area, cook top, refrigerator, sink and a gas BBQ Grille to meet all of your cooking needs. Continue outside and take a dip in the private pool with infinity edge, or relax in one of the hammocks in the gazebo.

It´s unique tri level design gives the feeling of ultimate privacy in each room for maximum enjoyment. As you enter the front door, walk up the grand stair to the master suite. Inside you will be greeted by 18' beamed ceilings. 1 King size beds welcome you after a long day of activities. Twin french doors on either side of the handmade teak entertainment center open to the private balcony providing a perfect place to sit and relax, read a book or just enjoy the magnificent view.

The Palm Suite is a split level bedroom with two Queen size beds on the upper level and a Queen bed downstairs. Both have wonderful views of the garden and direct access outside through the sliding glass door. A private bathroom is just off the lower level.

The Garden Suite 1 king size bed and a full bathroom. It has a private entrance which is accessed through the Interior Garden.

The Teak Suite has 2 Queens bed and a full bathroom. This room is also accessed through the Interior Garden.

Rental rate includes daily maid service and access to Los Sueños Beach Club Pool in addition to our private pool. Private chef and catering are available for additional charge upon request.

Awesome place to stay!

The house is great and the host is even better! We had some travel "difficulties". Felipe the host couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Casa Buen Dia!

Great Place!

The property is even better than the listing. We had 9 of us and could have slept 2 more in the second queen bed in the master if we had to. Manager and staff were great the entire time. We will go back again and stay here.

Heaven on Earth!

I can't say enough about our weeklong stay in Casa "Good Day." Our group of 8 enjoyed every minute of our stay. We can't thank or say enough about Felipe, Adrianna, and Palo! If you're thinking about CR and Jaco in particular ... DO NOT HESITATE to book this house. You will not be disappointed. I would also suggest renting a golf cart during your stay. It allowed us to meander all around Los Suenos. We could take it up to the grocery store, to restaurants down by the beach, and everywhere in between. Felipe was wonderful about helping to book adventures and/or drivers to take us into Jaco for some shopping and lunch. We'll be back for sure!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Felipe is the man!!!

Absolutely beautiful home, but Felipe was the real difference maker.. He was so helpful when it came to making arrangements for transportation, food shopping, covid tests, etc…. Actually going back next June …

Everything was top notch

Felipe made our vacation a joy. He coordinated transportation to and from the airport as well as a fishing excursion. The housekeeper Adriana was amazing. The place is spotless cozy comfortable and has every amenity imaginable. This is a secure safe location inside the gates of los Sueños. We can’t wait to go back

Casa Buen Dia for the win!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Buen Dia and are already thinking about when we can return! We stayed at the Marriott last year and while it was lovely, we were spoiled and thrilled to have the accommodations provided at CBD. We had two families, four adults and five kids. Plenty of room for us to spread out, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was a huge hit with both the adults and the kids. Adriana kept the house looking great and Paulito made the outdoors look like something out of a magazine. Felipe helped us with booking excursions and a private chef from Jimmy T's. He was easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I have already recommended Casa Buen Dia to friends and family (although we thought about keeping it a secret for ourselves!)

Beautiful and comfortable property!

The house, Mr. Felipe and team were amazing!!! They went out of their way to make our spring break so special and we had a blast!! The house is close to the beach club and not far from the marina however we had a wonderful time just hanging out at the house with the beautiful pool and landscape!! The house was super clean and comfortable for adults and kids! We would definitely rent the house again!

Wonderful family vacation, the house was complete. We loved coffee in the morning with tropical birds. We used the pool daily and all amenities with the combined family fo 8. The host was very helpful with excursions and suggestions. Great Vacation Home!

Fantastic house with an equally fantastic host

The house was roomy, more than adequate for our party of eight, with a nice, large living room adjoining the kitchen, and a very nice outdoor kitchen with refrigerator. The setting was lush and tropical, with an infinity pool and a golf course view from the end of a short path, or from the balcony overlooking the pool. Our host, Felipe, was waiting for us at 1130 at night--two hours after we expected to be there--with pizza, and back the following morning with some local pastries. When asked, he had suggestions about our travel routes, and made arrangements for us to go deep sea fishing, where we caught tuna, mahi-mahi, and a sailfish. Not to mention, saw more dolphin than I've seen on dolphin watching cruises. He also was there to see us off at the forbidding hour of 330 a.m. The host was just as wonderful as the house. We hope to be back there on vacation again!

Breathtaking

Casa Buen Dia was an amazing house! Open, spacious, lush landscaping. The pool was incredible! Felipe was so helpful with all the excursions we wanted to do. Everything was within 15-20minutes from the house. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I highly recommend it. Fishing was awesome too!!

Tropical Paradise with Amazing fishing opportunities!

Most beautiful, relaxing, - except for landing the marlin and sail fish-, place I've ever been! A tropical paradise where scarlet macaws abound along with hundreds of multiple other species of birds. The house is incredibly landscaped, and comes with a full-time gardner, and maid. House has a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor grill, and infinity pool. Use of the property which is located on the golf course of the Marriott resort of Los Suenos, also allows use of the Marriott facilities, pools, spa, and golf course. The house is beautifully appointed, and is roomy, with many amenities, including laundry service by the fulltime maid. Fishing is readily available, and the fishing is Great. On our one day trip, we caught 4 sailfish, 2 marlin, 2 mahi, and a yellowfin tuna. Local restaurants are great, and the water is SAFE to drink. All of these associated facilities, all within a half mile, are accessible by golf cart, which is rented on your arrival from a local company. Finally there is Felipe, your Main man in Costa Rica, and always available by phone or email to book excursions(monkey tours, national park, hiking, ziplines, surfing lessons, volcano visits, or simply rides to and from the airport), and of course dinner reservations in Jaco which is 3-4 miles away.

AMAZING STAY AT CASA BUEN DIA

Just wanted to say thanks to the Casa Buen Dia people that took great care of us. From the transportation right down to the laundry and pool maintenance. Felipe and his staff are amazing, helpful and so friendly. The house is perfect for relaxing as well as entertaining. We had Pablo from Jimmy T's cook for us twice. Another thing about the house is that its laid out very well. Rooms are very comfortable. the kitchen is very large and great for entertaining a large group. The backyard is so relaxing. We stayed poolside an entire day just relaxing.

Just over the top amazing!

First I would like to apologize for taking so long to send you this email been crazy since we got back. Your home is amazing and the guys on the boat were fantastic. Trust me fishing for over 18-years and being a mate on a tournament boat as well as an angler I know how hard it can get. Carlos and the Captain did an amazing job. Kids and all grownups had such a great time. I think our final numbers was 23 sailfish caught over 3-days - lost a tuna at the boat - angler error and bottom fishing one day was slow but we got plenty to eat. The kids wrote home the most amazing vacation they ever had. The wild life at night coming to the back door was just what the kids needed to stay out of our hairs so the adults could relax. I have been staying in touch with Carlos via Facebook and I look forward to coming back and at the minimum fishing with the crew. Not sure if we all will ever get to do a vacation like that ever again in our lives so it was really really special. I have some great videos and pictures and working on the videos now and had to stop to send you this. I hope the report you got back was that we treated your home as if it was ours and the kids were great. Mr. Flepi did an amazing job of helping us with local shopping, zip lines, ATV and waterfall tour. Yep, we did it all. Please feel free to use this as a reference and anything you ever need from me please do not hesitate to ask - again trip of a lifetime! Anyone who wants to be wowed with a home, pool, amazing fishing this is 100% the way to go and I have fished on a 126 FT sportfishing boat which at the time was the largest in the world. This was as close to that as your going to get without spending that kind of money. The staff at the house was amazing, the personal service by Mr. Felipe greeting us each morning we fished with fresh orange juice and fresh pastries that made 6 adults and 4 kids very happy is first class service at its best. The rooms are super clean and super comfy- better than most homes unless of course your home has a full time staff pampering you daily because that is what we got here.

But you should immerse yourself in the local flavor. Some of the best shopping, sightseeing, and eco-tourism is within minutes of the resort. The bustling town of Jaco is a short 10 minute drive from Los Suenos. There you will find great shopping, if you are into it, surfing and some of the best night life in all of Central America.
