Being in close proximity to two beach access points, surf and sand are just a leisurely stroll away. Even better, patrons can luxuriate in the refreshing water of the two community pools. On-premises bicycles are provided for guests to leisurely explore the picturesque surroundings of Scenic 30A or alternatively, an optional golf cart is also available for a rejuvenating joyride.
The internal ambience of the home exudes warmth and serenity, with an open living space that encourages interaction and a fully outfitted kitchen that caters to all your culinary needs. The inviting bedrooms, designed with your comfort in mind, prove to be the perfect sanctuary to unwind after an exciting day at the beach.
Situated near the happening Gulf Place and Seaside, and surrounded by tantalizing dining options and shopping outlets, this house offers a perfect amalgamation of space, convenience, and the quintessential 30A experience. So come, make treasured memories in this exquisite home away from home!
Appearance: Bikes and bike trailers must be property stored in racks or otherwise secured on the property not in sight overnight. We prefer you leave them in the back of the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies, according to Summer’s Edge HOA standards.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
Noise: Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am per Summer’s Edge Neighborhood Rules.
Parking: Only Two Cars can park in the driveway. All Street parking is strictly prohibited and will be fined by the neighborhood. There is overflow parking throughout the neighborhood.
Trash: Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
Door Codes: The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
