The open concept living space includes a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio. The adjacent dining area and kitchenette provide all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cable TV, a private en-suite bath, and direct access to a second private patio. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. This villa offers a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for your island escape.
Located in a serene, tree-lined setting, The Village at Palmetto Dunes offers a variety of on-site amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy outdoor dining at the waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. A playground provides entertainment for younger guests, while scenic paths and footbridges add to the tranquil ambiance. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the pristine beach and the Dunes House Beach Club, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and seaside dining.
Nestled within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, this villa is ideally located for easy access to the best of Hilton Head Island. Walk to world-class golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and a variety of restaurants. The nearby general store, as well as bike, kayak, and beach rentals, make exploring the island a breeze. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary shuttle service (April through September) to the shops, dining, and attractions at Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina and Shelter Cove Town Center. With bike paths winding throughout the resort, adventure is always just a pedal away.
