Springwood 111 - Updated Forest Beach Townhouse

Springwood 111 is updated with all of the comforts of home. The townhouse is spacious and updated with new furnishings, flat screen TV's and wireless internet. The primary bedroom has a King Bed with an attached bath. The guest bedroom also has a King Bed with an suite bathroom. There is a twin rollaway bed in the guest bedroom closet as well. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa in the living room plus a powder room with a 1/2 bath. The Kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. Springwood has an on-site pool. Easy walk to the beach plus nearby shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza plus the new Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Wonderful getaway!

This property is great and my family of 5 would stay here again. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and Wal-Mart will deliver to the location. The pool was amazing and the kids loved the 1ft kiddie pool! We had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2.5 baths - especially for quick showering turn around after a pool or beach day! The check in was easy, as was the checkout. It is close to Coligny, but my family drove because we have little loves who complain about walking 2 feet haha. We went down a bit to Alder Beach access and it was FABULOUS. Great place!!!!!!

Great location for beach and shopping

Enjoyed our stay convenient to coligy plaza for mother-in-law to walk to the shops while we golfed and not feel abandoned woth nothing to do. Same for going to the beach by bike or walking. Onky downside is its 2nd story, but thats only a pain at check in and out :) good views of relaxing lagoon from 1 bedroom and famiky room. We'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Steps going in very steep. Last step has a hump. Guest room only has 1 bed not 2 like stated when first booked. Did try to put a pull out in and room to small. No curtains on Livingroom window. Can not open Livingroom windows for fresh air no screens can fall out of window dangerous. Patio only divided by a small wood wall. Patio window only has sheers and all can see in from next door. Kitchen smaller than looks in picture only 1 person can be in there at a time if you want to move around. Great location. Can walk to all easy. Great décor. Seashore staff amazing. Loved meeting them. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a place. We will not be staying at this location again. Is great for a younger couple with no kids looking for a place to lay head.

Comfortable and convenient

Property was clean, convenient location with easy parking. Frequently in the area for business so the accommodations of this unit work perfectly for my business associates and myself.

July 2023 week long stay

The room was nice and clean, decorated very pretty. I thought the price for the room was very reasonable. Extremely close to new park and playground. Walk to the beach was a little long but not bad. Downsides would be a flight of stairs to access the room and a set of stairs inside. Taking a packed cart to the beach wasn’t easy because of the stairs. Pool has no hot tub. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay that doesn’t break the bank.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just came back from our stay and absolutely loved it. The only thing worth mentioning is that the one bedroom was advertised as a queen and a twin bed in the same room was actually a king with a cot in the closet. It didn’t matter to us but it may to other families. The location is perfect. Walkable to the beach, Coligny Plaza and so much more. The pool is well maintained and big enough for several families to be there at the same time. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back next year.

Great experience

Location was near everything, but far enough away to make it a restful and relaxing experience. Everything was very clean. Loved the shower in the master bath. Bed in the master was very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here. Everything is very clean and it’s probably one of the best locations we’ve stayed. Liked being close to Coligny and restaurants. We walked or biked everyday. Love not having to get in car. Fish restaurant has great music especially on Sundays. Amigos is our go to for Mexican and always have to check out Kenny B’s and Southern Coney. Walked or biked to all of these. Rent a bike and there’s so many bike paths you’ll have a lot of fun. We really enjoyed the pool and found the villas to be everything we like.

We loved riding our bikes and the proximity to the beach and Coligny. There are plenty of places to stay on HHI but we prefer Coligny because of all the restaurants, shops, playground for the kids and beach.

It was a great stay, my oldest was able to have her own room away from her teething 16 month old sister. The location was perfect, close to everything but not around traffic.

Worked for our needs

Apartment worked fine for us. Comfortable bed and I appreciate the 100% cotton sheets. Shared walls do not keep the neighbors noise out. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, golf, bike trails etc.

Spacious & great location

Close to everything we needed. Quiet complex. Unit was just as pictured, with all the little extras one needs (extension cords, toiletries, luggage racks, stocked kitchen). The large TVs throughout the unit were a nice extra for us.

Great Getaway Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Springwood 111 for our Fall Break vacation. The space was comfortable and had a nice back deck to enjoy the cool fall HHI weather. It was also not far at all from Coligny which was nice. The only issue we had was that there was a lot of sand under the large rug in the living room and the rug next to the sliding glass door. Once it was swept up there was a pile of sand in the dust pan. It looked like either the sand had been swept under those two rugs or that the two rugs had not been picked up and swept under in quite a while. I would also suggest for the lightbulbs throughout the house to be changed to LED Daylight bulbs. The tint of yellow in the bulb right inside the front door and then the lighting over the dining room table made it feel very dark in there. Other than those things it was a great stay!

Perfect location!

We usually stay in Palmetto Dunes, but wanted to try something different this time. Was very happy with the location of this condo and the place itself. Not a good place for you if you have a hard time doing steps though. Wasn't an issue for us, but might be for others. We rented bikes for the week and biked to the beach. Short 3 min bike ride gets you to the beach or coligny... very easy to walk, also, if you don't want to get bikes. shopping center literally right around the corner, 2 min walk, with great restaurants, bar, and beverage store. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Would have loved to have a keurig coffee machine, since I stink at making a pot of coffee, but others may not be challenged like myself :) Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.
