SEASHELLS BY THE SEASHORE St. George Island, FL Vacation Rental - Searching for seashells is a favorite past time on St. George and finding this amazing home "Seashells by the Seashore" is a perfect treasure! The first level of this home offers an updated living, dining, and kitchen area with access to a nicely furnished deck with beautiful Gulf views. Among the five bedrooms the home offers two master bedroom suites on the second level with remarkable Gulf views and another covered furnished deck for relaxing before a good night's sleep.

Spend the day at the beach or gather the family by the pool for a day of relaxation while you enjoy the furnished area under the home. Bring your entire family, including the four legged members.

*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center.

Annual family vacation

Property with great location. House very comfortable, very well laid out. On the down side the elevator did not work when we needed it, the toilet on the bottom floor ran all the time and the lid needed to be lifted and flapper manipulated, and 3 different species of live roaches were seen in the house.

Super Location!.

The kitchen was very wall equipped. Two dishwashers and double oven were welcomed as we ate all but one meal there. Beds very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the deck rocking chairs Suggestions: more kitchen towels; provide beach towels; and a gas grill is neater and easier than a charcoal . We all highly recommend this VRBO.

Thanksgiving Family Holiday 2017

We had the best time. The house was perfect for our family of 8 plus 2 dogs.The weather was cooler than expected but we still had plenty of fun on the dog friendly beach. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and the kids loved the bunk room. It was clean and had a good selection of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The refrigerator ice maker was broken but there was a separate ice maker which was fine. We had a problem with one of the sliding door and repair was done very quickly. The deck facing the beach has plenty of rockers and a table with chairs. The elevator was a god send and easy to use. I'd recommend this house if you are planning a stay on St. George's Island.

Supper Club Group from TN

Seashells by the Seashore was the perfect place for our group to stay on our trip. The handling of the initial rental thru Fickling Vacation Rentals was very pleasant in every way. The beach house was just like the photos presented on line and that was great. Such a nice owner to give our group a thank you package for the stay. The house was very clean..............the arrangement of the bedrooms worked great for our group of 8. And, the elevator was a plus in that our group is not considered yuppies anymore but rather senior citizens. The weather was perfect .............the pool was a plus to have as well since some of us were not beach folks. The Apalachicola community nearby was our place for our one meal out and everything there was neat and the food was great. All in all, everything about our stay at this facility was superb and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing the five (5) bedrooms and 5 baths. Thank you!

Perfect home for multiple families!

I can't tell you how perfect this house was for us! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 2 families....the 2 masters upstairs so we didn't have to "fight" for the master.....the "kids bunk room" made it easy for the kids to share a room! The two other rooms were also perfect for our mother-in-laws who were also traveling with us. The bonus was that we could bring our 4 legged family member as well, it was Sparky's first beach visit and it couldn't have been more perfect, the crates, dog run, doggie door and even a pooper scooper! It was an OUTSTANDING trip thanks to you and Seashells by the Seashore. It had everything we could imagine and more....we did a shrimp boil for our extended family and was surprised to find a "fry daddy" to make our hush puppies. You were also great! Thank you for taking such great care of us! The only thing that I would have changed is some additional shower towels, 2 per bathroom made us "fight" for the dry/clean one....but the washer and dryer made it easy for us to run a load in the morning. Thank you for everything! Christa
