The condo had everything we needed. Awesome view. Our stay was very relaxing. Loved being able to rent the chairs and umbrella ahead of time.

WE Loved the place and the view was beautiful. Sitting out on the 11th floor balcony in the morning drinking coffee. Love watching the sun come up and the world come alive. The rooms were very clean. We stayed there two years ago the first of May { off season }. This time we stayed there the first of sept { off season } and it was three hundred dollars more. It was the same, nothing up graded or extra. Just more expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater Orange Beach, Alabama. The facility was excellent access to the beach was great. Would most definitely do it again!

As always our stay at Orange Beach was very relaxing. Have been going though stressful things and a trip to the beach was what the dr. ordered

Wonderful stay

Property was great with a great view. Only thing that could have made it better is for the wind to be dialed back a bit and the temperature to be turned up a few degrees.

Great place with ocean view right on the beach!

Smaller building which was great as there was not so many people around. Smaller condo, but super clean and furnishings and decor were really nice. Comfy bed, good water pressure in shower and great balcony. Short walk to beach.

Great location. Otherwise, pretty average.

Nice space. Cleanliness fine, except sand on floors (we had not even been down to the beach so it wasn’t ours.) Very noisy above us-chairs moving, etc. Check in 4pm-got a text at 4 that it wasn’t ready, and they would let us know when it was- frustrating as we were standing at door with luggage about to go in. The code worked so we went in. Never heard back that it was ready.

The space was wonderful, clean, and right on the beach! I docked a star for some minor, but annoying issues. The unit right beside the elevator - which was convenient, but loud at night. The main bedroom shares a wall and window with the hallway and I had a hard time sleeping through the noise. The building is also next door to some sort of resort that had a lazy river/water slide/dance floor. It made sitting in the balcony in the evening less enjoyable though is no fault to the owner. The balcony hand rail leaves a white powdery film on hands and clothes as well. The toilet also fills every 30 minutes or so. I wouldn't have noticed that except I was awake from the noise in the hallway. Overall, loves the area, space, and cleanliness but will likely look for something different next time we travel to Gulf shores.
