The Space:
The tropical resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, a fitness room, and BBQ stations. Enjoy the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay), just a mile away. Dine and shop at the King's and new Queen's shop, less than a mile away. Take up swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation!

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

The breezy living room is furnished with seating gathered around a flat screen TV and access to the lanai. The spacious lanai provides beautiful greenery views of the golf course and resort. Sit out here with your Kona coffee and soak in the Hawaii sun!

The kitchen comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up delicious homemade meals and gather around the dining table for 6.

There are 2 bedrooms to chose from. The main bedroom has a California King bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a 2nd shared full bathroom.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- A washer and dryer are available for use.
- Parking available for 1 car.
- A cooler and body board are accessible for use - they are located in a closet within the unit.
- The WiFi at this property is spotty, very weak, and at times non existing.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
