Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Wilmington, this is the perfect home base for your stay. The entire apartment has been recently renovated in a way that mixes modern amenities with the charm of a historic home. With a designated off street parking spot that is rare in downtown, you'll be able to explore the history of Wilmington hassle free.

This charming one bedroom apartment was just lovingly updated from floor to ceiling. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials that you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. The large dining table offers plenty of space for your morning coffee or evening meal. The bedroom includes a king sized bed and closet space for your clothes. There is also a sofa where you can relax and watch TV as you wind down after a day of exploring. Off of the bedroom, there is a full bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. This property also has a washer/dryer for use during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
