SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of Maison 1975. Below is the schedule.

POOL SERVICE
(Spring) Monday, Wednesday and Friday, usually before 10am.
(Summer, Fall and Winter) Monday and Friday, usually before 10am.

TRASH AND RECYCLE
Wednesday Pickup

LANDSCAPE SERVICE
Weekly in the mornings, can be in front or backyard.

POOL HEAT:
Pool heat cost is $200 per day for up to 75 degrees, and for 10 hours of the day, or $400 for 24 hours. Please let us know your preferred heating schedule in advance so we can ensure the pool is warmed and ready for you. The propane company will come by to fill the tank.

PETS:
$150 per pet per stay. Please reach out with accurate number of pets after booking, and fee will be sent via the app. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $250 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees.

DECORATIONS:
Do not attach decorations to any walls or surfaces of any kind. No glitter. $500 violation fee.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

PARTIES, EVENTS, WEDDINGS, AND GATHERINGS:

$3,500 non-refundable event fee. Proof of event insurance (typically $15/person) is required before event.

NO UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INDOORS, OR OUTSIDE WITH WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN. NO DRUGS. NO PORN.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Maximum of 16 people. Guest count must be accurate on reservation. $500 per violation or however much the guest overage would be on reservation, whichever is greater. We charge $100 per guest per night over 8 guests, which is reflected when booking with the accurate amount of guests.

No additional people on the property, unless approved in writing by the owner. $500 per violation. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.

PHOTOSHOOTS:
Photoshoots must be booked via PeerSpace. No commercial photography, couples photoshoot, elopements or booking without prior consent. This also applies to sponsored social media posts promoting a product or brand. Fees for photoshoots are separate from lodging fees.
