Our 1 bedroom unit has beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The bedroom has a king size bed. This unit also has a laundry machine. The living area has a sleeper sofa and kitchen with high-end appliances. The one bedroom unit has an adjoining door and can also be rented with a 3 bedroom unit (VRBO # 418030) only.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLoā€™s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michiganā€™s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 4pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- No smoking and no pets.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- No bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties of any kind.
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.
- Long-term rentals during winter months are available.

Good Location

Good central location. Lots of parking. On a trail for an easy run/walk. We had a nice view of the marina. Everything in the description was accurate and we would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed this smartly appointed condo during our stay. Watching boats coming and going, visiting the pool and play area, and being able to have ample room to move around the unit helped make time with our almost 3 yo granddaughter the best trip to-date! Super plush towels, cleaning supplies, the staff's ability to remove feathers for our allergies and the wonderful welcome basket with note made our time better. Meier delivery was a bonus. Truly felt safe and secure the entire time with keys and fobs to work doors and elevators. Neighbors had some rowdy littles but who doesn't get excited about the lake and having fun?!? I know my sweet little family did! Thanks to Chrissy and her team of magic elves for making our trip fantastic! We will be returning!!!

Great time!

We love the Yacht Basin Marina! We have stayed there 3 times now. This room, and the others that we have stayed in, was clean, comfortable, huge, had a great view and quiet. We cannot say enough good things about the property, the people managing it and the location. We love it!

Terrific! Clean and spacious!

Good location and plenty of parking

Everything was excellent, except there should be more lights (only dining room table light and one floor lamp) and more tables. At night the room was quite dark and unable to read. We had to use a dining room chair as a table.

The Staterooms Unit 2P Holland Mitchigan

Would not recommend this accommodation as air conditioning unit was so noisey after five night we had to move out to alternative accommodation.The roof is corrugated iron and contract and expands with the difference in temperature with load noices throughout the night. No kettle in unit so to make tea or coffee you had to boil water in microwave or on the stove definitely not worth the money charged for this unit. Only basic facilities at five star price

Everything was goodā€”the kids loved the pool, the location is nice, we loved having the store on the first floor, and it was lovely being able to open the windows to listen to the rain on the lake. However, there are a couple things that would need to be considered if I were to stay again. The kitchen is very minimally stocked (there were no bowls and only one coffee mug; not a problem if you know ahead of time and can bring what you need, but we didn't so the kids ate cereal out of glasses) and the neighboring apartment's kitchen table is right next to the door that connects the rooms. When they started playing games at 10pm, as the kids were going to sleep, it was incredibly loud, as if they were in our own kitchen. They weren't being exceptionally loud, just normal vacation fun but the kids weren't able to sleep (my daughter was on the pullout couch in the living room right next to the door) until they went to bed. If I knew the people staying in that unit, I would stay there again but probably not if I don't.

First Impression...Spacious.

The Staterooms at Yacht Basin Marina were such a nice place for my extended family of 10 to stay when we were in town for a wedding in mid July. We booked staterooms 2P and 2R for our visit to Lake Mac/Holland. My parents were able to have their own space in 2P (1bedroom unit) while keeping close to the rest of our group in 2R (3bedroom unit). We enjoyed the pool, had lunch at Lolaā€™s and loved watching the boats come in to harbor at the end of the day. We were busy playing on Lake Mac and Lake Michigan, and used a day to recover from sunburns by exploring downtown Holland. Alas, we ran out of time to use all the amenities available at Yacht Basin Marina. The condos are well stocked with kitchen items, including coffee filters and dish detergent. We had ample towels for showering and en-suite laundry with detergent. The units include an iron and ironing board. The air conditioning in the units work well. Checking in was easy, even after hours. We had a10-hour trip and didnā€™t get into town until after 8 pm. The management does ask that guests bring their own towels to use at the pool and beaches. Guests are also asked to clean out kitchen and bathroom garbage when they leave the units. No big deal, but we were scrambling for garbage bags at the end of our stay. Two recommendations: perhaps the management could supply a roll of garbage bags in the units as well as inexpensive coolers/totes for guests to use. Coolers and totes are not something that we remembered to pack when traveling in from across the country, and we borrowed from our family that lives in Holland. Overall, the units are very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

Great quick getaway

We had a really nice weekend at the Statesrooms. The location near Holland State Park and downtown Holland was great. The on-site pool is just what we needed and our kids loved it. Chrissy was wonderful to work with in booking our stay. All in all, a great long weekend getaway.

Great Condo/location

The location was great, close to the beach/park and restaurants. Loved having Lolo's Bar and Grill on site along with the party store. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Even though we didn't have a boat, this was a great location, central enough to everything we wanted to do. Entire facility was very clean and it was great having the store and bar/grill on the premises. Thanks!

Nice condos close to the beach, great pool

Check in was easy, friendly staff, convenient party store in the same building, great big pool we used everyday, lots of restaurants nearby and only 1.5 miles from the Holland State park beach. The condo itself was nicely furnished, extremely spacious and well kept. We needed a few things and Chrissy immediately got back to us. We really enjoyed our stay and were overall happy and likely to go back again someday.

Beautiful location and nicely appointed furnishings. I LOVED having my entire family together. We rented 2N THE LARGEST unit and the attached unit next door. Ample room with bathrooms attached to all bedrooms. The building was VERY secure with locked exterior doors at all times. Great location near Lake Michigan, ice-cream store, restaurants and shops. Outdoor pool and pretty boats to look at from the outside patio of the unit. Best time ever!

Very pretty view and spacious

The accommodations were just what we were looking for, we have a 5 year old and 10 month old; the long hallway was great for racing cars, rolling a ball, etc. Location near Holland State Park was great too, rode our bikes there which worked out great, some people said they waited in the car line 3 hrs to get in. My only issue was towels...simple fix but only 2 sets of towels for 5 days for 4 people and no kitchen towels:/

It was great. Room, parking, convenience was great. Lolo staff not very friendly. Kept hearing noises from the ceiling , walls, in our unit. Was not others renters. Overall stay was great. Would do it again

Great stay next to Lake Macatawa

My wife and I wanted a place near Lake Macatawa where we kayaked. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the service we received. The apartment was very basic; however, it was huge and more than met our needs. We appreciated that the owners had furnished it with ā€œstart-upā€ supplies, such as laundry soap. It was also a bonus that they have a general store on location for the day-to-day essentials you may need. If you have a family, this is a fantastic location. Not only is it on Lake Macatawa, but itā€™s very near Holland State Park and Lake Michigan. While we didnā€™t use their large pool, several families did and seemed to be enjoying themselves. If you are hunting for a romantic get-a-way, this probably isnā€™t it. However, we highly recommend this property if you are looking for a really great place to take your family for a fun time together.
