Our 2 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan. It overlooks Ottawa Beach Road and the woods beyond. Both bedrooms have a King size bed. The unit also has a kitchen with high-end appliances. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

Located off the North size of Lake Macatawa, this unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. The unit is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- No smoking and no pets.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- No bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties of any kind.
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.
- Long-term rentals during winter months are available.

This place was in a great location, super close to the beach and restaurants. Easy check in! It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy! Parking was easy and right next to building. We loved the party store attached and found it great for anything we needed or a quick snack. The pizza there was great! Was a little bit confused on the details of the place since it states beach towels are… but no details. There are no beach towels available so make sure you bring your own, otherwise the place had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and look forward to visiting again!

Due to work, I had to adjust the days of our trip. It was very difficult to communicate with Chrissy via VRBO email. After several time-consuming days, I finally asked her to contact me directly to sort everything out. The only time we spent in our room was to sleep, as we had a weekend full of activities. Family vacation

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Holland. The property has everything a family could need with a pool, park, bar, steakhouse and convenience store. Can easily get on the biking/walking trail. Easy to get to the beach and to downtown Holland. This was perfect for our family vacation. Will 100% stay here again!

Last minute vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We had to check in off hours and the process was made really simple. All of the folks that we spoke with were incredibly helpful and always willing to answer questions. Really liked that there was a small store, pool and restaraunt on the property.

Great Location

We loved the location of this rental. To the left was the beach and to the right was the city and restaurants. We loved the Dutch village with our toddler. We also drove into Grand Rapids for a day and went to the zoo. We LOVED that this property had it's own pool and park! Great for families!

Family Staycation

We live in michigan and have found quick trips "locally" have been good for our family. Our son loves to swim so we like to have s place to stay that has a pool. This was our first experience with a shared pool. Everyone was so nice, never had a problem finding a chair. Check in was super easy, they even called to tell us our place was ready early, thaf never happens. Very clean, more spacious than expected. Very close to holland state park. Beds were comfy. Would highly recommend

Great accommodations

Sparkling clean condo including the halls & adjoining spaces. Loved the convenience of the party store below. Great location right near Holland State Park, but just outside their traffic congestion. Nice pool. It was super cold the first few swims, but they must have heated it by our last day. It was considerably warmer. Discovered LoLos bar & grill next to the pool near the end of our trip. We liked the beach/lake vibe there. It was nice having 2 king beds in the unit. One is almost always a queen. The kitchen is nicely equipped even though we didn't really use it. The manager was especially responsive when we had even the smallest of questions. The young man who checked us in was knowledgeable about the area & helpful with questions too. Highly recommend.

Pleasant comfortable stay

Property much larger than it appeared in the photos which was a plus. We stayed for 10 days and had no issues. Everything was clean, no maintenance issues. Quiet area yet close to activities. State park and beach right down the road, bikable distance. Beautiful area made for bike riding and walking. Short drive to the wonderful downtown. Familiar stores and restaurants along with unique places are also a short drive down the road, yet when you are on the property or in the surrounding area it feels little a secluded beach town. We were in town for a national junior bowling tournament and had to drive into Muskegon everyday and also Grand Rapids. The drive north was beautiful along Lake shore Drive….we drove the 40 minutes one way 11 times! The property has a large pool which I really wanted to use but our time was limited and the weather while warm, was breezy. I did get to go up to my knees and did not find it too cold. The grounds were clean and well kept. I got a few supplies at the party store the day we arrived and they had a nice selection and were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was good. We did very limited cooking since we were out early most days and came back late. I did bring a fair amount of groceries not realizing how crazy our schedule was going to be. That said, my only suggestions would be a better selection of pots and pans. I did appreciate the amount of starter amounts of toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags. It was nice not having to go into my supplies. Hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom was thoughtful, as was the laundry pods …most places do not think to have that. While I brought garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, laundry pods and cleaning supplies I did forget toilet paper. 😳 I would 100% stay here again and 100% recommend for anyone considering a stay in Holland.

Best of both lakes!

This property is located on Lake Macatawa but is also a 2 min drive to one of the best beaches on Lake Michigan. We had a great time. The property has a nice pool with an extremely clean bath house including showers and restroom. Everything looked like it was brand new.

Clean but bare-bone amenities

We had a good time staying at the staterooms, it was very clean and a good location. Saying that, for the amount we paid, I think there should be more offered..even access to beach chairs or towels would be nice. It felt like we were staying at a hotel, with no maid service or concierge.

Holland Stay

Place was as advertised and was well appointed. Bit of a challenge finding someone in the 'store' to check us in, but all were polite and nice. There was no where to park our bikes we had brought on the trip, but other than that, it was very nice.
