Both the living and dining areas provide direct access to the spacious oceanfront deck, where additional comfortable seating awaits, perfect for taking in the stunning ocean views. The living room is furnished with two sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper), along with cozy chairs, all thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and relaxation as you spend time with loved ones. A large flat-screen HD TV is also available for your entertainment. For added convenience, there is a half bath next to this living space, as well as a deck on the sound side.

The home offers 7 large bedrooms with a private bath for each bedroom. The home has 5 kings, 1 queen, 2 full bunk bed sets (sleeps 8) and a queen sleeper sofa all designed to sleep 22 comfortably. Multiple decks allow for numerous vantage points to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of water almost everywhere.

There is parking for 5 medium size cars and a convenient Bad Weather Entry on the garage level, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The beach access is connected to the first living level that leads you right down to the beach. Up to two dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog.

Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office.
