Our Coastie Cozy Cottage has been a relaxing getaway for our family for years. We loved loading our wagon with beach supplies and walking just a few blocks down to the beach. A min walks to our 2 local favorite eateries, Billy Mac's Bar & Grill for Fish & Chips or Chowder or Mexican or to Osprey's for morning lattes, mimosas and their travelers breakfast menu. A few blocks to golf, a mile to downtown Broadway, and just a 1/2-mile to the Surf Cove and just 1 mile to the Tillamook Head trail.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and the kids liked being able to walk to the market for snacks. Also had a nice fenced-in back yard for our dog.

Host gave good messages. Sweet cottage with comfy beds and couches. Very clean. Loved their coffeemaker. Close to two good places to eat and walking distance to a small market that had some organic produce. Can hear ocean from house with door open. Great to have washer and dryer.

Very clean! It was perfect for my family of 3 and black lab. It had everything we needed. Each room had a tv and the fully fenced backyard was a plus.

Wonderful Stay

Best location for beach access and short distance to downtown. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Place was very clean and sent a list with everything that was included and that wes needed to bring. Would absolutely stay again.

Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided!

Wonderful Home!

This was a great place to stay in Seaside! Perfect walking distance to the beach and good restaurants, but on the quiet side of the city. It’s a quaint home, very clean, and the owners went out of their way to communicate and give recommendations. The beach chairs, beach toys and lawn games were a bonus, as our two-year-old was with us. We would definitely stay again!

Back in Seaside

My family has stayed in Seaside quite a few times over the years but never this far south. It was very nice and quiet. The house was very clean and the back yard was well secured for the dog. The best review I can give is that I would stay again.

Weekend getaway

It was such a great home to come in and stay at.It was the perfect amount of space for us 2. The bedrooms are a little small but the house made up in space in the dinning room and back yard with all the amenities it offered. We loved that it was a short block away from the beach

Great little house offering so much to do. Beds were comfortable. Foosball ended up being a hit. The bicycles were a little rickety but served their purpose. So close to the beach and such a lovely section of beach it is. The response was prompt when we had questions. The bicycle shed was very difficult to open and almost impossible to close. Overall greatly contributed to the success of the trip.

Great location and loved that they included things for the kids (booster seat and bassinet). Also beach toys and chairs were much appreciated. We had a large group and had to set up the sofa bed and I wish it was easier to find the linens in one place. Had to go through different closets and drawers to put together the bedding. Other than that it was a cute little space. Decently clean and very conveniently located to the downtown area, two blocks from the beach, and a short drive to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.

Everything We Needed...and More!

5 minute stroll to the quiet end of Seaside Beach. The promenade is right next to the beach and is about a 25 ish minute walk to downtown Seaside/aquarium/ shops etc. Our family of 4 plus our golden doodle found the house to be just what we needed as a getaway. SUPER clean throughout!! TVs in every room if desired. Game cabinet with board & card games. Game room doubled as added bedroom as we brought an airmattress so kids could have their own beds. The shed was our go to for beach play. AND the washer/dryer were a quick clean after a day at the beach. The kitchen was fantastix- small but everything we needed. Can't wait to come back! (I will bring my slippers ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastie Cozy Cottage. The place was spotless, which we really appreciated, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute walk to a fantastic breakfast spot, and local market that made it easy to grab anything we forgot to pack.The cottage itself was quiet, charming, and full of thoughtful touches. We loved the vinyl record player and the retro video game console, which made the space feel even more fun and personal. Having grown up in Seaside, the cottage really made me feel at home in all the best ways.Thank you, both for creating such a welcoming and comfortable getaway. Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
