Guests will have the entire 3-bedroom apartment all to themselves, plus a complimentary gated parking spot for one car—super convenient for an easy and stress-free stay!
Other things to note
To help maintain our high standards and ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask that you take care of everything we provide and follow these guidelines:

1. **Towel Care:** Please avoid using makeup on the white towels. A $15 charge will apply for each stained towel.

2. **Sand Alert:** Kindly shake off any sand before entering the apartment. Excess sand inside may result in an additional cleaning fee.

3. **Lost Keys:** If keys are lost, there is a $150 replacement fee. Please secure them in the lockbox when you leave.
4. **Guest Limit:** The apartment can host up to 6 guests. An additional guest fee of $10/night applies for the 5th and 6th guests, with prior approval. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

5. **Energy-Saving Tips:** To help keep costs low, please close the door when using the A/C, and remember to turn off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
6. **Late Check-Out Fees:** Unscheduled late check-outs affect our housekeeping and future reservations. If you stay beyond your scheduled time, a one-night fee will be applied based on the current rate. Thank you for understanding!
