* Fully refundable deposit of $1000 charged per booking. Details provided in rental contract which will be provided by owner at time of booking.

* It is best to have a car to navigate the area of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples. The Fort Myers International Airport is conveniently located within about
15 minutes.

* This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a rental contract, HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property will not be given until HOA approval is received prior to move in, along with the second payment. No exceptions will be made. The HOA application fee ($150) is not included in this reservation and must be paid separately.

* Please allow at least 30 days for processing. We are able to assist with the required paperwork and to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

* This property is self check in. You will receive the access codes to check in once we have received the full payment, damage deposit, and HOA approval.
