Parking: There is one reserved parking space labeled 111.

Seasonal Pool: The pool is open seasonally from early May through early October.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to help kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Linens and Towels: Bed Linens and Bath Towels are included and will be set up in the unit prior to arrival.

Beach Essentials: We can arrange the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials prior to your arrival for an additional fee.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a functional layout designed to accommodate up to nine guests. The living space provides a comfortable setting to unwind after a day out.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can also enjoy the seasonal shared outdoor pool, shared BBQ grill, and communal laundry facilities (additional fees may apply). Additional comforts include free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi.
