Immaculate and beautiful 2/2 ground floor condo on the water! Recently fully renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high end upgrades throughout. Completely and comfortably furnished 1300+ square feet of living space, including a large separate in-unit laundry room! The generously sized Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bath with dual sinks, huge walk-in closet/changing area, and separate shower/commode room. There are water views from this room through hurricane impact sliders that lead to the screened lanai. Guest suite has a queen-sized bed, large closet, and full bathroom steps away. The guest area can be separated as its own “haven” by closing the cafe doors. Open main living and dining areas have access to the beautiful kitchen for ease of entertaining. This is a corner unit, so the lovely screened-in lanai is private, having access from both the living room and Primary Bedroom, and almost panoramic water views facing south and west.
You can enjoy your coffee in the morning sunshine and your cocktail in the evening as you watch the sun set. Dock is steps outside the lanai door, and the association pool is heated, with a nice paver pool deck area for relaxing and reading, or grilling your dinner. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes by boat to barrier islands, or by land of course to countless restaurants, shops, area parks, and world class Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beaches! Summertime in our area is a well-kept secret as beaches, restaurants, and roadways are not congested and every day is a beach or swimming pool day!
We require a minimum one-month rental May-December and will discount multi-month off season rentals by $100 per month, so send us a message and we will communicate regarding this. During peak season months of January-April, we require a minimum 3-month rental. Rentals of 6+ months’ duration are also substantially discounted because NO 11.5% bed tax is owed! One person in residence must be age 55 or better, absolutely no smoking, no pets per association rules, and basic background check is required. You will love our beautiful condo - all you need are your toiletries and clothes! Come and enjoy warm sunshine, sparkling water views, and an occasional dolphin visit!
