Our spacious garden view 4 bedroom 3 bath Poipu Garden Villa with its private tropical landscaped yard, is one of the exclusive Lanai Villa private homes of Poipu Kai. Our Villa guests have access to the Poipu Kai Swim and Tennis Club and you will find the key fob and the location map on the entry table.

You are welcome to reserve for up to 10 adults and children.

NEW: Split air conditioning system in the living area, all four bedrooms and loft.

WIFI is provided through through Spectrum. You will find network and password information on credenza by the television.

Our private Poipu Garden Villa is meticulously cleaned, and is located on a quiet lane in the Lawai Villas neighborhood, a four-minute walk east to breathtaking Shipwrecks Beach, its renowned body-boarding spots and oceanfront hiking trail to Mahaulepu Beach, and the Grand Hyatt Kauai and its fabulous restaurants, Anara Spa, and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

You are sure to enjoy the eight-minute stroll west through lush gardens along the Poipu Kai well-lit manicured walkway to Brenneckes Beach (body boarding) and Poipu Beach (swimming, snorkeling).

Our 3,800 sq ft home features an open living, dining and kitchen design with a split air conditioning system, a well-stocked custom kitchen, and a lovely master suite complete with a king bed, fine linens, AC, custom bathroom, tv and private lanai.

Its second bedroom suite also features a king bed, fine linens, AC and a custom bathroom with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and AC, Bedroom 4 - two twins. and AC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are adjacent to the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You will find the beach towels on top of the counter in the home's laundry area. New washer and dryer. Laundry soap provided.

The Villa's loft features a fifth sleeping area with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds, split air system, and a foose ball table.

Our Poipu Garden Villa is complete with tasteful furnishings, Hawaiiana artwork, and a terrific custom kitchen with two dishwashers and two sink areas - one for prep, one for clean up.
The private outdoor entertainment area includes a dining area and a gas grill.

Our private Poipu Garden Villa is located in exclusive Lanai Villas at Poipu Kai and includes access to the nearby Poipu Kai Resort gated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court privileges.

Poipu Kai Resort provides 24-hour security to all residents of Lanai Villas.
