✔ Golf Cart Rules 🛺 – Licensed drivers only. Must follow Florida low-speed vehicle laws. A Walton County QR code with rules is provided on the cart.
✔ House Rules 🏡🚭🔥 – No parties, events, smoking, or pets. Smoking is prohibited inside and near the home or landscaping (especially pine straw). Please respect quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors.
