PILGRIM ACRES VILLAGE. Come stay in this private free standing condo community. the perfect getaway for 1-4 people! A BONUS is taking a dip in the IN-GROUND POOL or take a quick walk/drive to Thacher Town Park Beach, Parker's River and Smuggler's Beach.

New Mini-Split A/C for keeping cool on the warm days, an upgraded bathroom, and full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware. TV service and WiFi included.

Outside offers a large deck, outdoor furniture, beach chairs and a gas grill along with an outdoor shower. Laundry facilities are also available in the complex.

Easy proximity to the Water Park, Whiddah Pirate Museum, restaurants and many more activities.

Gem of a Cottage

Great location. Walk or bike to beach. Awesome pool. Lovely deck with furniture. Nice little cottage-condo neighborhood. Well-equipped kitchenette. Tiny indoor shower but lovely outdoor shower.

convenient location

Location was convenient to the places we enjoy each year(restaurants, beach, mini golf) but also quiet enough for bike rides and walks on side roads. Family enjoyed the pool at our circle of cottages. Surprisingly quiet group of neighbors. Kitchen tiny but well equiped. Overhead fans needed attention.

Great vacation

We had to great time. It’s a great location to walk to the beach, The Skipper, and Pirates Cove. All the neighbors around the community were very friendly and fun to hang out with at the pool. The pool was clean and the temperature was just right!

Summer vacation

Very easy check in process and a very cute unit for our summer on the Cape. I enjoyed being so close to the beach and easy access to shopping and restaurants. There were a few downsides to this unit that really made the vacation less enjoyable. The twin mattresses were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, the bedrooms really need small a/c units in the windows to help cool down the area and help with air flow, and maybe upgrade the double bed to at least a queen. I found myself unable to sleep at night because the cottage was so hot (despite the air running and the overhead fans going) and no way to get comfortable on the beds. It definitely made it hard to enjoy the days out when I was running on little sleep at night. The unit overall was very clean and had the basic necessities needed to enjoy time away.

If you are looking for something quite, nice, friendly ,easy access to the shore and good food .....

There is no doubt—- spent vacation in South Yarmouth is the best way to enjoy sun, beaches, ocean ( specially early morning) on Cape. cottage on 90 Seaview Ave so hommy ! There is a 3 feet pool on the property! We are already thinking about next year vacation there.

We’ve used this house for several years. It has everything we need. Well maintained, nice spot.

We love this house, walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool at the property. The only other feature we would love to have is an outdoor shower.

Please replace the double bed mattress, it is worn out and unusable otherwise nice and convenient cottage, Pilgrim acres was a pleasure

Issue after issue

Unfortunately, it started with being given the wrong keys, so we had to wait 40 mins for someone to drive to the cottage and give us the correct keys. Then we realized that the full size bed in one of the bedrooms was the most uncomfortable bed my wife or I have slept in. The frame wobbled like it was going to break any second, the bed dipped in the middle and you could feel every single spring. It was so bad my wife slept on the couch the whole week! Next we realized that only one side of the grill worked, so it took double the time to grill anything. Lastly, it was listed as having air conditioning. There was a tiny AC unit in the kitchen which is on the far end away from the bedrooms. It did NOT cool the cottage at all. The only positive about this rental was the space of the cottage. We will not rent this again.
