Nice condo, good location.

This condo unit had everything we needed for the week. Very clean, and in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy. Would stay there again.

Anniversary trip

This condo is perfect for a couples trip. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The location is great, very close to Coligny and 2 blocks to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and looks to have been recently updated. The use of all the beach equipment was very nice. The condo is very clean. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to manage. We would stay here again.

Our criteria when looking for a condo in Hilton Head was 1) great location 2) first floor 3) King bed in master bedroom 4) walk-in shower. This condo met those needs. A 2-minute walk to shopping plaza. The beach is actually 2 blocks away (not 'steps' as stated in the description) and can't be seen from the condo. That was a little disappointing. There was a problem with the AC and the property manager came over. He contacted the owner and they called for a furnace company to come. They came 2 days later. Unfortunately it needed a part that had to be ordered. The owner chose to get a new unit instead of fixing the old one. So that is great for the next vacationers to stay there, but too late for us. The rental price was reasonable. Unit was clean and had newer appliances. Owner and property manager were pleasant and responsive when contacted. All in all, I think it was a nice place to stay.

Great location; perfect for family

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, quiet, friendly condos. Just steps away from a grocery store, lots of restaurants and stores. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. The pool is very clean and relaxing and doesn't smell like chlorine. There are also grills outside that we want to use the next time we stay here. If you are thinking about booking here, do it! It is perfect for a family since one of the rooms has a twin over full and an additional twin in the room. We spent most of our time at the beach or at the pool. There is also a childrens museum within easy walking distance we want to check out next time. The only time we used our car was to go check out the outlets in Bluffton for a couple hours. You really can come here and not need your car during your entire stay. The keyless entry made it easy to not have to keep up with a physical key. We had no issues while staying here.

Great location

This place was perfect for two couples and two small children. It is walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and the bike path. Everything was clean and we loved the beachy decor. They have a huge closet full of everything you would need for the beach as well - a wagon, umbrella, toys, chairs, and more. Highly recommend!

Good for the price

Overall, a positive experience. Bob responded quickly to any concerns. Only a short 5 min walk to the beach. Right across the street from the store and restaurants. The condo could use a little fixing, like cracks & soft spots in the flooring & some of the rocks from the shower floor coming off. The building itself and the pool are pretty dated, but for the price, you're not going to get much better. Would stay here again.

"BEACH" Condo

It was pleasant - building wasn't as upscale as the advertisement but the condo was perfectly fine. Clean, plenty of room, appliances were clean and working. Laundry wasn't included in the condo. There was a notebook of other activities that was helpful. It was quiet - not a lot of noise and activity which was nice - only one pool party evening while I was there.

Everything You Need!

This condo was great! The owners thought of everything for your convenience! There was no hand soap or extra trash bags, but one call to the manager remedied that quickly. The only downside is laundry is a laundry mat that you have to pay for, but at least it is just across the hall.

Nice stay!

This was the first time I had ever done a VRBO, and it went flawlessly. The site manager answered any question that I had, and made it very easy. The accommodations were exactly as it was pictured, beautiful I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location to Coligny area

If you want the convenience of not having to drive anywhere during your stay, this is the place. The condo unit is a very cute 2 bedroom, with kitchen and living room space. Owners were very attentive when contacted. I would consider staying here again. Thank you!

Central to shops and beach

Great location within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. A few steps away from the grocery (Piggly Wiggly) and great places to shop and eat. A block away from the beach. Room was perfect for a family of four (young children) and as described. Highly recommended.

Great Little Hideaway!

This was a very put together, supplied rental. Dishes, kids games, any beach gear you would need, and even a book exchange for a beach read was available for use!

It was great! However...

Bob is a great host! Very friendly. The location was very convenient for us because the shopping plaza is right across the street. The beach is also within walking distance (right down the street). It was a cozy little place. However, the only reason why I'm giving it a 4/5 star is due to cleanliness. Upon arrival, the place looked clean! I wore brand new house slippers around and noticed some dead bug carcasses under them the day of check out. As a pregnant woman, my bionic nose picked up EVERYTHING! Being close by the beach, I can understand that places near by can sometimes smell musty and moldy. Unfortunately, it was a lot to where I had to constantly let the place air out or I would feel extremely nauseated (more than usual). The major thing I will say about cleanliness are the sheets. Not only did they reek of the mold smell, but the sheets were also visibly dirty. My Fiance's skin is sensitive and he had a few rashes on his body due to that. My friends also had dirty sheet issues in their room, too. Overall, the place is nice, but I highly suggest getting a cleaning crew team who would ACTUALLY get the job done well. I'm not sure what they were doing and I'm also not sure how many other rooms would have the same dirty sheet issues as we did.

Overall good. Recent water damage around bedroom window, wall, curtains and ceiling. Master bed not comfortable. Close to beach and had beach accessories in closet which was nice. Patio not really usable with AC right be side you. But over all good stay.

Fantastic Location

Perfectly located a min minute walk from the beach and even less to multiple dining and shopping options. The property was just the right size for our 4 person, two teenager, family. Great living space and kitchen with very nice beds in both rooms. We are already planning to travel back.
