Additional Details

Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Photo ID required after booking.

Damage Waiver Fee: $124 per stay, providing coverage for accidental damage up to $2,000.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs permitted with an additional fee. Pets must remain leashed at all times, may not be left unattended, and owners are expected to clean up after them. Barking or disruptive pets are not allowed. Breed restrictions apply.

Credit Card Fee: A non-refundable processing fee is applied to all reservations.

Extended Stays: For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Optional cleaning services are available for shorter stays upon request.

Dock Use: The dock is available for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball is located beyond the dock for boat storage. Sudden winds and waves can cause damage, and the dock is not equipped with protective bumpers. The dock is in place from Memorial Day through mid-September. Guests staying later in the season should confirm dock availability in advance.

Guests are able to use entire home and property with the exception of the owner's closets inside the property, and the locked detached garage. Plenty of parking in private driveway.

The home is ideally positioned for day trips across the region. Downtown Traverse City is a 30-minute drive. Sleeping Bear Dunes can be reached in just over half an hour. The Homestead Ski Resort is less than 20 minutes away. Cherry Capital Airport is also close by, offering easy access for guests arriving from farther afield.

Getting Around:
Using a vehicle to get to different areas of town is very convenient with a lot of public parking areas.

Your arrival has been designed to be simple and seamless. Prior to your stay, you’ll receive the property address, detailed arrival instructions, and everything you need to know for a smooth check-in. This home uses a traditional key lockbox located onsite, and a unique code will be created just for your reservation. You’ll receive that code right at your check-in time, giving you secure access with no need for apps or tech fuss.

During your stay, the NoMi STAY team is available around the clock. Whether you need help with the property, a dinner recommendation, or something unexpected comes up, we’re here to assist.

The day before checkout, you’ll receive a message with friendly reminders. Please double-check for any personal belongings before you go and be sure to lock up and return the key to the box. Your unique code will expire at checkout time, and our cleaning team will arrive shortly after to prepare the home for the next guests.
