Welcome to Severina Vacation Rental, a beautifully remodeled home located in Naples Park. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this spacious retreat offers the perfect setting for families and groups looking to experience the best of Southwest Florida.



Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious dining area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The comfortable living spaces provide plenty of room for gathering, relaxing, and creating lasting vacation memories.



The primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private access to the lanai and pool area. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. A separate den includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.



Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard retreat. The screened lanai features a private pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill, creating the perfect space for enjoying Naples' beautiful weather year-round.

Guest Access:

The guest will have access to the entire home and pool area. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before arrival. There is no need to visit an office or meet anyone in person – simply arrive at the property and use your code to enter.

Naples Park is one of Naples' most popular vacation destinations, known for its convenient location near Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Guests enjoy easy access to some of Naples' best beaches while remaining just a short drive from Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South.



Getting Around:

You can walk to beaches and shopping. We would recommend a car to experience all of Naples! The location of this property puts you a convenient walk away from the beach and just a short drive from a variety of attractions around all of Naples.



Other Things to Note:

Events, parties, and weddings are NOT allowed at this property.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.

Animal Friendly Property



ANIMAL FEE DISCLOSURE

We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.

Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

If you're uncertain about which property is best for you or if you have specific needs regarding animals, please reach out to us for assistance or any further questions.

In compliance with Florida law, we welcome service animals that are individually trained to assist individuals with disabilities. If you will be traveling with a service animal, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.

POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.

Please note that the hot tub is connected to the pool heating system and WILL NOT be available unless POOL HEATING has been purchased.
