This brand new contemporary villa completed in 2012 on a centrally located hillside, is overlooking the beautiful Baie de St Jean.
You will enjoy its incredible privacy and take advantage of being close to St Jean beach and restaurants as “La Plage”, “Eden Rock”, “Nikki beach”…
After a short drive, you will reach downtown or one of numerous nice beaches of St Barths. Passing by the airport, you will stop by “U”, the main groceries center of the island.
The main living area centers around a large white Corian island, allowing to cook and watch boats and windsurfers sailing in Baie de St Jean. The very well furnished kitchen will be appreciated by any chef hired for special event or regular cook.
An outside dining table for ten, installed on the covered terrace next to the infinity pool, will invite you for lunches and dinners on the shade. Pool is solar heated.
A nice wooden sun deck with four lounge chairs will invite you to get quickly a nice sun tan.
The living room offers a comfortable white leather sofa on the TV and HIFI corner. Free WIFI internet.
A home theater system (Denon and KEF) is providing surround sound and a Dishnetwork Hopper System with a loaded hard disk will provide stock of movies on DVR.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms are roughly same size with: King size beds, hardwood floors, large closets, air conditioning, and sliding mosquito nets, Tv with Dish Hopper system, Ipod deck in both bedrooms.
Two elegant bathrooms are enclosed behind and beside bedrooms.
This beautiful villa will bring you an unforgettable memory of St Barths.
