The amenities are very nice, and the view is stunning. We really enjoyed our stay—just be aware there are some steep stairs, which make for a good workout!

stunning view nice rooms everything is very close by. we had even doordash delivered to this house. house is located pretty up high so have to climb lots of stairs. if you traveling with people has hard time climbing stairs please carefull because your heart will race like you are working out. overall the view to the lake is just WOW.

The carpet was very old (we are guessing about 20 years old since we had installed the same carpet on our house about that time). Hairs sticking to the bathroom walls. Dirty areas behind doors. I found dog food? on the carpet upstairs. For the price, it was not worth it. Awesome communication and sheets (which are a deal breaker for me).

Quick stay

We only stayed 2 nights but the view made it so we just wanted to hang out at the condo! Kitchen allowed us to prepare meals. Cute spot!!

Amazing View!

The view was even better in person! The stairs are only a pain when bringing luggage up and down, and it’s worth it. Great location close to everything, nice cabin, amazing views, and great balconies!

Best Views In South Lake Tahoe!

Absolutely perfect spot for our long weekend getaway! We couldn't get enough of the incredible views and enjoyed our morning coffee and a number of beverages in the evening at sunset on both of the balconies. It was just the two of us, but the property is perfect for a couple or small family as it would have been great for us and our two kids.

Romantic Getaway

Roomy but cozy, clean and well-kept duplex with spectacular view. This property had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. We fully enjoyed the quiet beauty for our anniversary. The many stairs helped offset my overindulgence in food and wine! We recommend!

Amazing Tahoe Vacation!

This is probably the most well-appointed rental I've ever found on VRBO. We like to cook, and the Host of this place obviously loves good food and wine, with an amazing atmosphere. The property is better than the ad implies, and the view is better than photos can relate. The Host also responded very quickly to my question after arrival. Thanks for a memorable vacation!!

First time to Lake Tahoe

We really enjoyed the house. The steps are no joke- it would be difficult for anyone with limitations. I suggest more washcloths- at least one per person /per day is reasonable. We would definitely stay again! Spectacular view!

The stairs are worth the view

This place was what we were looking for on our getaway. Great views, good location. It was just 2 of us and while we could have had more stay with the other bedroom it was the right size for the two of us. The stairs, as described, are very much there - my watch clocked between 3-4 flights. But very worth it. Great neighborhood. Staff was quick to respond to questions.

The place was nice and had an amazing view.

The property was as advertised. We noticed a few damaged items which we notified the property manager on arrival. The view is amazing and the property had plenty of room. I would invest in a comfortable mattress. Also, the internet service was out most of the time we were there.

Absolutely amazing

This property boasts a million-dollar view! We never tired of looking out the window. It is a wonderful property you won't regret choosing this one. Its close to the main road in South Tahoe and Emerald Bay. The steps are considerable so keep that in mind if you have any physical limitations but worth the deep breathing to get to the top!!

Now I Know...

Why they call it Heavenly. This unit has amazing views of the lake and mountains - seeing the sunrise light up the mountains and then set directly over the mountains - unit faces due west so it was, in a word, heavenly. Skied with my 14 yo son, the unit was perfect for the two of us. 10 minutes to the gondola, easy peasy. The stairs will keep you young...it is a hike from the car to the unit but totally worth it. Enjoy!

Hot! Hot! Hot!

Listing says no AC, but also says that there are many fans provided. There was 1 fan. Property has lots of bugs-spider, ants, fleas... Carpet needs cleaning. A more accurate account of stairs would be 90 steep steps. (Said 4 flights) Beautiful views!
