A private/gated path brings you to the beach in 30 steps where your loungers await you. Located in the prestigious Sunset Bay Community, offering nightly private security patrol & guards. The Island Escapes Villa Managers will meet & greet you and offer an unparalleled level of service during your stay.

The villa is strategically located on the ridge just off the beach, offering spectacular ocean views. Taylor Bay Beach is a beautiful white powdery sand half-moon shaped secluded beach. The water is warm, calm and shallow, making it very safe and enjoyable for young and old alike. From the moment you wake up you are entertained by the turquoise hues of the pristine waters of Taylor Bay just off your doorstep.

Villa Blanca offers 360 degrees ocean views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding Chalk Sound and Silly Creek. In fact, there is a fantastic ocean or water view from every room in the house! Last but not the least, enjoy amazing, tropical sunsets from the wrap around covered terrace and the infinity edge plunge pool.

Villa Blanca is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, honeymooners, a small family or good friends that want to have a tranquil holiday in an ocean front setting with a pristine beach right at their doorstep. The Villa is decorated in a contemporary style & white decor with a colorful splash of paintings, giving you a fresh and clean feel of a boutique hotel suite, within the privacy of your own villa.

The Villa offers 2 bedrooms, each with King bed, large closet, ceiling fan and A/C. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom; one has a soaking tub and separate shower, the other a shower only.

Egyptian cotton bed linens, plush bed covers and ample pillows are provided. Bath towels and separate beach & pool towels are provided. Complimentary soap, toilet paper and kleenex. Ironing board & iron. Built in safe.



OPEN CONCEPT LIVING & KITCHEN

Ceiling fans throughout the villa provide cooling air. All windows and doors are screened. Most days have gentle ocean breezes that provide nice ventilation throughput the house. For those warmer days, split aircondition is available in the living room/kitchen, as well as in every bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with unique ocean and beach views while you are cooking! All stainless appliances, built in electric glass cook top with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Blender, toaster, coffeemaker, Nespresso machine ( with start up supply of capsules), water cooker, stainless steel pots & eco-friendly ceramic pans. All cooking utensils, dining plates, glasses and cutlery provided. In-house laundry facility: washing machine & 2 dryers. Complimentary laundry detergents, hand and dish soap, cleaning products, dishwasher pods & garbage bags for your convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV. Wireless high speed internet throughout the villa and on the outdoor porch. Landline with free local calls.



OUTDOORS,POOL & BEACH

Covered wrap-around breezy porch providing shade and offering unobstructed ocean views and amazing sunsets. Infinity edge, fresh water plunge pool with color adjustable LED lights and equally great ocean views. Thick cushioned teak patio & outdoor dining furniture. Ambience outdoor lighting. Gas barbeque. 4 private chaise loungers are provided for the guests on the beach, secured with a lock. Additional portable beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear and beach toys are provided at the villa. Private driveway and ample parking right next to the villa.



OTHER

Our property management company Island Escapes will meet and greet you upon arrival and settle you in. They will assist you with any questions or requirements you would have during your stay. Catering, private chef and massage therapist arrangements can be made to come to the villa at an additional fee. Complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, beers, water & fresh fruits upon arrival. Complimentary use of private Sunset Bay tennis courts a short walk away. Tennis rackets and balls provided. Free mid-week maid service for stays of 7 nights or more. Nightly private security guard patrol of the community & beach area.

Beautiful

The Villa was just as described and in an excellent location, in excellent condition. Julian met us there and showed us how everything works - a/c, etc. Beach access was easy and Taylor Beach is the best we saw. Loved the area. The view is incredible and the plunge pool was very nice. There was a steady breeze on the balcony and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing location at the right price

This property is straightforward. It’s two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen/living area, a tiny pool on the porch, and all within 100 yards of the beach. The furnishings etc aren’t going to wow you, but the location will, This place is pretty affordable for being next to the best beach in the world (truly). One thing to be aware of: the two bedrooms share a wall. A thin one. You can have a conversation with the folks in the other bedroom while both lying in bed, so…uh….keep it down.

Great views and beach!

My husband and I traveled Turks and Caicos and chose Villa Blanca for our 8th anniversary. We loved the quiet area and gorgeous views. The house is decorated in a contempary style with all the staples you would need. Uncommon for a lot of vacation rentals. We did use the AC a lot so am curious what that bill will be but will be okay with it. We throughly enjoyed the plunge pool when not having beach time. The only thing negative is both beds were very noisy with every movement. They defiantly need attention. Other than the noisy beds everything was perfect! The mamagement team was great to work with and and everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a wonderful stay, hope to come back!

Perfect location but the property needs some updating

This location is amazing. Been here twice now. It’s right across from Taylor Bay, which is the best place on earth as far as I’m concerned. On the flip side, the interior of the house could use some fixing up. The mattresses have body-shaped divots that are quite deep now, which is uncomfortable. One of the mattresses has a pretty gross deep-brown stain on it. The couches are uncomfortable. The furnishings generally are odd. The kitchen isn’t well equipped. For example, every nonstick pan is scratched to high heaven. There are few plates. This place should be 5 stars, but it’s just getting a little long in the tooth. Some basic refreshing would go a long way.

This guest left our place very messy upon check-out, requiring extra time from the cleaning team. He also never reached out to us during his stay to complain about anything, so we were not aware of any issues. We have so far in the 10 years we are in business, only received positive reviews on our kitchen being well stocked & equipped. We would have happily supplied the guest with anything that would have made his stay more pleasant, if he would have asked us. Our furniture is up to date, in good condition and protected by custom made slip covers that are washed between each guest. The mattresses (with washable protectors), are of high quality with soft pillow tops, are being replaced every 3-4 year, and are at the time of writing this brand new. We pride ourselves on giving great client services via our managers, and offering a clean, contemporary, easy to enjoy villa with all the amenities, for a reasonable price, in an amazing location. If this guest thinks it is very important to have more high-end furniture, we would advise him to rent a more expensive place in the future that serves his needs better. Villa Blanca Owners

Great location

Villa Blanca is a great location away from the high rise resorts. Management is very friendly and helpful. Taylor Bay is across the street. There are loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Rental car is needed. We used Al’s. FYI - Everything is expensive on the island. Electricity at the villa is monitored and extra for too much usage. Clean, well equip with kitchen items and some food to get you started. Only complaint not in their control is the moderate flow of vehicles searching for beach access down Blancas private dead end road. We shall return!

A week in paradise at Villa Blanca

Dinesh and her husband were wonderful hosts...very nice and helpful! The property is superb. The views of Taylor Bay and the sunsets were alone worth the stay. The Villa is fully equipped...pots, pans, dinnerware, washer-dryer, e.t.c., plus spices, lots of towels, beach chairs...just a terrific and very quiet place to stay. Thanks again, Dinesh, for making a wonderful vacation in paradise for us!

Our stay at Villa Blanca

This was our first time at T&C. We took a chance staying at Taylor Bay (as opposed to the famous Grace Bay) and it was the best decision we could have made. The neighborhood and surrounding area is private, quiet, beautiful, and the beach is completely secluded, not populated, and wonderful. Las Brisas was wonderful to have close by, as well as their gift store and amenities. VB needs a couple of things that I would recommend to enhance the stay, and it is all cosmetic. New wine tool/opener. New can opener. Additional baking sheets (we purchased one to add to the one there and left it.) We also purchased another pair of tongs for cooking and left it there. Better coffee mugs (too small). Would love to stay there again.

Perfect spot to relax

Quiet, calm beach setting, just steps to the water. Views were incredible from the high perch of Villa Blanca. We would definitely stay there again. Miss it already.

Amazing views

The best rental I have had the pleasure of staying in! The house is exactly as pictured and is absolutely stunning. Kitchen was nicely stocked and we cooked a few meals in which we had every pot/utensil needed. Plenty of floats for the pool and snorkeling equipment was a nice bonus for the beach. Easy communications and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Provos.

This turned out to be the perfect place for us

This was our second trip to TCI. We thought our first trip was perfect, but this was a gem! Villa Blanca views were beyond lovely in all directions. We enjoyed dramatic sunrises and sunsets and breezes were are available from all directions too ( never once needed the a/c). The villa was clean and well cared for and felt like home. We were looking for relaxation, peace and quiet and that’s exactly what Villa Blanca and the Taylor Bay Area offers. We enjoyed morning and evening walks and swims on the beach, which is only a few minutes walk from the doorstep. The plunge pool was an asset for a quick cool down too. We were impressed to see the island recovery taking place after the two recent hurricanes. Islanders have worked very hard and most businesses seem to be up and running. We enjoyed a different restaurant each day. The property management team for this villa was excellent. They were friendly, informative and attentive. We will be back next year!

Chic little gem on Taylor Bay

Villa Blanca was exactly what we were hoping for, and more: high-end & quiet neighborhood, amazing ocean views and private access to Taylor Bay beach. What a beautiful picturesque bay with white, powdery sand and crystal clear water. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, refreshing dips in the pool around noon, more beach time after and dinner & drinks on the terrace. The dramatic ocean views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the porch will forever stay in our minds. The villa enjoyed great ocean breezes and was very well appointed. The owners thought of everything to make their guests comfortable: sunscreen, mosquito spray and even torch lights & candles that came in handy when the island experienced a short power outage. One night we hired a chef who cooked us a special dinner ‘under the stars’. We explored the island with our rental car, did a trip with the Attabeyra and had a fabulous dinner at Coco Bistro under tall palm trees (tip: book ahead!). A big thanks to the management Julian, Dinesh & Faye, they were super friendly & very helpful. Nice touch also to be welcomed with fruit, snacks & wine upon arrival. We had a truly memorable experience and one day we hope to return.

Beautiful, cozy villa with awesome views!

My husband and I spent a great week at Villa Blanca and wished we could have stayed longer! We totally relaxed and recharged. The location is perfect, really just steps to the beach as described and very peaceful and quiet. The beach and the water are so pristine, just breathtaking. You really can’t ask for a better view then from Villa Blanca! The ocean views are just the best and the colors are amazing. The space is very cozy, clean, bright and well designed. The living room had nice sofas, a flat screen TV, Bose sound system, DVD player with movies and WIFI throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need if you want to make your own meals. It was only the 2 of us, but it’s perfect for 4 as it has 2 well appointed bedrooms with en-suite baths. One bedroom looks out over the pool to the ocean and beach, the other has views over Chalk Sound & Silly Creek. We loved the island breeze coming through every room and did not use the A/C. It’s probably the best place on the island to watch the sunset! Every night we would enjoy our cocktail on the terrace watching the sun go down over the bay. The patio furniture was very comfortable and the plunge pool just what we needed. Also very close to Las Brisas restaurant, where we had dinner 2 times. The management team Julian and Faye were a delight to work with. I highly recommend this place when you want to stay on Taylor Bay beach!

Amazing stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Blanca! We were met at the airport and guided to the villa with our rental car. Julian from Island Escapes met us at the villa and gave us a short introduction. We could call them anytime for trips, dining advice, etc. which was really great. Upon arrival there were snacks, fresh fruits, water, beer and even a bottle of wine from the owners to welcome us! The first thing that strikes you are the views, they are just breathtaking! We could just sit on the breezy patio and watch the ocean and turquoise colors for hours, sipping Nespresso. (they have a machine with a start up amount of capsules!) Taylor Bay beach is just a short walk down the curvy path across from the driveway. The villa gives you private access to this secluded & picturesque beach. They have 4 comfortable loungers there, and plenty of beach toys, snorkel gear and some floats at the villa. The beach is so beautiful: fine, white sand, calm waters, you can just float away in the blue and relax. In the late afternoons we would usually just hang around the plunge pool, wine in hand, watching the amazing sunsets from the porch. The villa is nicely decorated and is very clean. It has nice furniture with cotton sofa covers and comfortable beds. There are plenty of plush towels – also for the pool & beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and has eco-friendly pans, which we really appreciated. We got a free light cleaning & change of towels and sheets mid-stay, which was a lovely surprise. The house is very breezy with the windows open, so we never had to use the AC during our stay. We highly recommend this house and will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet and clean

We (4 ladies) stayed at Villa Blanca in October 2016. This was our first time visiting beautiful Turks and Caicos. We were met at the airport and led(we had a rental car) to the villa (stopped at the liquor store on the way) and given a rundown on how everything worked. We had also paid for them to stock our kitchen and they did a stellar job on that as well. We enjoyed our stay at this clean, modern and comfortable villa. The description is very accurate. The plunge pool was clean and had a great view of the houses around the area at night with their lights on which was pretty. The location was perfect for me, away from the hotels. Taylor Bay is amazing! The walk to the beach from the house is not an issue. Down the driveway, straight accross the street through a 60ft trail and you are there. The ENTIRE bay is knee-deep or less. Since I'm afraid of sharks (stupid, i know) while lounging in the Bay, I could forget about them as you can see anything through the clear water. We did swim around the point to Sapodilla Bay but it was still shallow enough to walk (chest deep at the most). When there were more than 4 or 5 people in the bay (normally it was just us) we would joke that it was getting crowded. The lounge chairs are kept at the beach and were very comfortable. The only negative was the internet was down for a couple of days; however, from what I have read - I believe that is common with most home rentals. The manager waived our air-conditioning bill because of the internet issue (some of us relied on it for work). There is a grill available on the property albeit a little dated and fragile, it did its job just fine. The outdoor patio was very comfortable as well. Nice deep cushions. The beach towels were also nice and thick. I didn't know we had a free house-cleaning mid week. They called to see when was a convenient time for them to visit. We came home from a long day at Grace Bay to a remarkably clean & tidy house. My family is returning in March because we loved the island so much. This time we are staying in Grace Bay because we have kids coming and will want to be around more restaurants and activities. I know Grace Bay is amazing but I would personally rate Taylor bay as a better location because it is so quiet and remote and it is so shallow so far out. When my husband and I return to the island without the kids we will definitely be staying at this villa.

Perfect Honeymoon!!!

Thank you for the amazing stay! It was even better than we could have imagined! We were here for our honeymoon and it was perfect... The beach is the best we have ever been to. We highly recommend Island Vibes Tours. We did a 1/2 day snorkel trip and visit to Iguana Island with them and it was the best. We can't wait to be back!

Fun times

We had lots of fun in Turks and Caicos!! Our family enjoyed Villa Blanca. The beach was beautiful. Bugaloos for a delicious meal by the beach. Try melt or giggles in Gracebay for a great ice creme treat.

Wonderful Memories!

We chose Turks and Caicos and Villa Blanca to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. What a great choice!!! What an absolutely gorgeous beach and accommodations and I am so excited to bring some of your art (on a coffee cup) home with me from Art Provo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and island paradise with us. WE made wonderful memories to last us another 30 years...

Breathtaking

We had a stellar week here at Villa Blanca on Taylor Bay... our favorite beach in the whole wide world!!! The best part about this home is the view...breathtaking! Took an amazing 42 mile bike ride across North Caicos into Mudjn Harbor (Middle Caicos) thanks to the help of Caicos Cyclery. We highly recommend it. Gorgeous views and little to no traffic to worry about. Thank you for a lovely place to rest!

Tranquility!

Villa Blanca is a Tranquil and beautiful spot in TCI on Taylor Bay. We never wished to leave the house because the views are amazing. All the comfort of home. It was just what the doc ordered - perfect relaxation. Thank you Villa Blanca... see you soon

Heaven on Earth!
