Luxury Condo - Somerset on Grace Bay!

Come and experience Ocean Aria Residence - luxurious condo at the beautiful gardens of the Somerset Resort, located just steps away from the flawless white sand and sparkling turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach. This unit has everything you need to feel like at home. Tastefully designed with an open concept style living/dining area, with 18 feet vaulted ceilings. A spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet equipped with shelving and a safe, an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on the lower level with two twin beds and cozy sitting area. All rooms are open and airy each with their own air conditioning and Smart TV to satisfy individual needs.
Ocean Aria is a non-smoking split level condo that also has a 2nd bathroom on the upper level and queen size sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an extra guest (max 5 guests).

Please note: this unit does not have a sea view. Sea view units you can book directly with our resort.
We strongly recommend to all of potential renters to take out the travel insurance to protect their stay in case of the unexpected.

We had a wonderful stay at the Somerset. The condo was perfect for our family - Mark and Kiki were extremely helpful throughout the booking and provided valuable information about the area to ensure we had the best time during our visit. The condo was lovely and only a very short walk to the pool and the beautiful beach as well as a short walk into town. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic stay!

Wonderful stay for our family of 5. The property was exactly as depicted in the description. Only minutes away from the beach and pool - we had the best time and will definitely be back! Oh and the staff at the resort were incredible.

Great stay in Provo.

Beautiful property!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Mark was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Fantastic location, with just a quick walk to the beach and pool. The place was clean, modern and had every amenity a family would need. We can’t wait to stay here again.!

Amazing family time!

This was an amazing trip! The unit was awesome! We loved this resort and close proximity to everything! The staff at this place are all so friendly and were so accommodating to our girls, age 8 and 5. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mark for the great place to call home for a week!

Thanks Greg ! So glad you enjoyed yourself. We really believe The Somerset is ideal for young families. Between the movie nights on the lawn, Miss Sharon's kids club and the pool / beach activities. The children are entertained and exhausted by the end of day !!! Our daughter is 15 and she still loves hanging out at the Somerset !?! Come see us again sometime ! Sunny regards !!!

Great stay in Grace Bay

My family had a great stay here! Unit is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Perfect for our family of four. Randy took care of us during our stay and was super helpful. The resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on the beach. Just beautiful. Easy walk to town. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay !

What an amazing place! The location is perfect and the condo beautifully decorated. Super clean and all the amenities you could ask for. The beach is incredible. Staff is very kind and helpful. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we didn't rent a car, we used bikes that came with the condo. Again location was perfect for accessing local restaurants and activities. Definitely coming back !

Perfectly peaceful family getaway

Mark and Kiki were wonderful hosts. Their home was beautiful and spacious, and they provided wonderful advice about local restaurants and experiences. The resort was in the perfect location on Grace Bay to walk to many restaurants or take a complimentary bike from the resort to town. The resort was quiet and relaxing, and we were always able to secure a beach or pool lounge chair. I would highly recommend this resort, as well as Mark and Kiki’s unit.

At Home on Grace Bay

The property is just as advertised - nicely appointed, comfortable, conveniently located right next to the restaurant. The Somerset is a low-key, boutique property with great service. This was our second time there and we saw a lot of familiar faces. Mark and Kiki were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the island. It was a relaxing week that we badly needed!

Beautiful Clean Condo

Beautiful clean luxury condo perfect for family of 4. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. The resort was so beautiful and not crowded. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Mark and Kiki were so helpful with food and entertainment recommendations. Highly recommend this place to stay! We had an amazing time, and it was so nice to return each day to such a lovely clean condo. Thank you so much!!

A Vacation Dream Come True

We had the most amazing time in Turks and Caicos thanks to having this great place to stay. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I wish I could say we utilized the kitchen, but we went to so many fabulous restaurants. Everything about the Somerset was lovely- the people, the beach, ability to walk to restaurants. I wish I was there now! We will definitely go back.

Somerset Resort is a great place to stay

Our family had a great time at Mark and Kiki's condo. There was ample of space to spread out, a well appointed kitchen to prepare food, a small terrace to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, lots of beach accessories to enhance ones stay and a short 2 minute walk to the gorgeous Somerset beach front or pool. The Somerset Resort is relaxed and friendly - the perfect place to unwind. Communication with Mark and Kiki was easy and prompt. Mark's restaurant suggestions were appreciated - we especially enjoyed Magnolia and Turks Kebab.

Turks and Caicos is AMAZING!!!!

Great condo, beautiful beach My friends and I had a great time. Condo was updated, luxurious and had everything we needed. The resort itself was perfect , the entire staff and security guards were so nice. We had a list of restaurants and things to do and it was helpful because we did rent a car (free parking space in the resort), went on a few excursions and to some great restaurants. Questions I had prior to my trip were always answered in a timely manner. Grace Bay Beach was beautiful and quiet, we didn't want to leave. We will be back and would love to stay again.

Amazing family spring break!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for family of 4 (2 teenagers). The property is gorgeous. Lap pool for swimmers and beautiful beach. Restaurants and staff on site were amazing and super helpful. You can walk to several great other restaurants, shopping and groceries. Condo is perfect split level set up with bedroom with 2 twins underneath for the kids and master up. Cannot say enough great things about the owners Mark and Kiki who were so incredibly helpful and communicative - offering tons of suggestions beforehand and greeting us in person on arrival to make sure everything was good. This was our first trip to the island but definitely will be back. Thank you sooo much Mark and Kiki!!!

Lemonade out of lemons

Due to excessive rains, the basement bedroom my daughters stayed in was flooded. Same scenario with the other family who traveled with us. The owner and property manager moved us for one night & helped move us back. TV service was intermittent (was not fully repaired). Lost power, showered in the dark another night. Could have been worse. The owner & property manager were very responsive. But was stressful moving & moving back.

Dear Monica, Thank you for your review and we are really sorry that we could not provide a 5 star experience, which is always our goal. During your stay we received the hardest rainfall the island has experienced for many years. Unfortunately, hundreds of properties across the Island flooded. We did try to limit the inconvience by ensuring your replacement unit was in the same resort etc...and get your unit back into operation as soon as possible but we were simply overwhelmed a little but the amount of rainfall. We hope you feel that you can trust us again to provide a five star experience and we look forward to be given the opportunity to host you again.

Great home in Turks

This is a great, spacious, and clean home. The Somerset is a nice small-ish resort and a great place to be. The pool and beach area are great and the beach staff are especially fantastic with the kids. The resort is quiet and it's not an issue getting chairs at the beach or pool. The house is great for kids too as they have a brand new pack-n-play crib (with extra mattress - not just the thin one that comes with it), nice high chair, and some pool toys. The beds are comfy, A/C works well, bathrooms are nicely laid out with one having a spacious standup shower and a tub in the other. This apartment is in the back of the property around a big lawn, about a 30 second walk from the pool and then on to the beach. Parking is directly behind which is convenient for unloading luggage and groceries. The building is very quiet and soundproofed so even the incredibly loud Maskanoo festival a kilometer away didn't keep our kids up. One thing to note is that the main room and little patio is directly next to the restaurant at the hotel, so it isn't the most private space in the morning (ie have to keep curtain closed if you don't want people looking in). The restaurant is currently not open for lunch or dinner so it's really not a big deal, just something to note especially if they reopen for lunch and dinner eventually.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying in this unit at the Somerset. Impeccably clean unit, fully appointed kitchen and a simply beautiful resort. Mark was *the* best VRBO host we have ever had, always quickly responding to any questions we had. He was wonderfully attentive and answered any and all of our questions. We can’t wait to come back and can’t recommend Mark highly enough!

Incredible Turks Getaway!

Our vacation was pure perfection! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The extra amenities, including laundry and dishwashing detergent, were also much appreciated. Mark and Kiki communicated with us throughout the trip and gave great recommendations of excursions and dining experiences. Mark even arranged a cleaning service during our two week stay. The resort was absolutely incredible and the staff was very friendly. Our children loved the kids club. It never felt crowded and there were always chairs available at the pool and beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Turks and Caicos.

Relaxing well appointed and decorated condos with exceptional pool/beach service

Ritz Carlton service, mellow vibe, plenty of gracious staff happy to assist you with every need. Be served tasty drinks/Caribbean food without ever leaving your beach or pool chair. Like being at your country club without all the usual people and instead of grass have your feet in silky sand and bumb in warm crystal clear ocean water along one of the most beautiful beaches in the world- Grace Bay.

Fantastic Getaway!

our Trip was unbelievable. Mark and Kiki are fantastic. They are extremely charismatic and helpful, making suggestions on where to go and what to do. They could not have been more outgoing - thanks for everything! That was just the host - everyone at Somerset was delightful and eager to answer any questions and assist with everything from dinner reservations to booking activities - we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, spacious place at fabulous resort

We stayed here in April for a week with our two teen boys and absolutely loved it. There was so much space and we were happy to have this room to sprawl out instead of a standard hotel room with two beds. It was spotlessly clean and they came in mid-week to clean again and give all fresh towels, sheets, etc... The resort itself is outstanding--no need to rush to the beach to get your towel on a chair because there were staff down there ready to get a chair and umbrella for you at all times. The service was excellent. The only negative I would say is all the service fees on top of your already expensive food and beverage bills. But...other than that, absolutely fabulous.
