The house was beautiful and comfortable for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to cook meals. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the New Yearā€™s Eve fireworks display from the deck.

Great sized cabin/house for my family. Only thing I would recommend is a larger tv in the living room next to the kitchen. Bedrooms and closets were very large and comfortable.3 car garage was a plus during snowy days/nights. View from back of house of mountain range was beautiful. Close to town, groceries and restaurants.

Stayed here with 13 friends in our late twenties. Ryan was super helpful with any questions we had and the house was great. 5 minute drive from peak 8 base and town :)

Beautiful views, close to town.

Our family loved this property. Very well stocked!! Great for our family of 13! Views were amazing. Home had everything we needed. ( We sent a couple of emails to the property manager but didnā€™t hear back. )

Amazing

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed this house! It is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the huge kitchen. The path behind the house is fun for walking to town. Skiing is just a short drive away. Beds are comfortable and master suite amazing! We will be back!!

Adult Ski Trip

Adult friends took this trip to Colorado to ski/snowboard for a week. The house is beautiful. Everything is in mint condition and well kept. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Garage made it easy to load and unload ski equipment / grocery shopping, and go out without having to take snow off of the car. Excellent home for a vacation with plenty of room.

Great house

Spacious, well stocked house with amazing view! Plenty of room for the 4 toddlers to run and play. They actually could sled out back by the back deck. Huge kitchen and living areas. Property manager told us there was no pack and play but there actually was one along with a walker and umbrella stroller. House also has sleds. Awesome family time!!

We have 6 kids ages 5-14 and they all agreed it was the ā€œbest rental house EVER!ā€. The space was wonderful and everything was clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the gourmet kitchen and had more than what I needed to do so. The mountain views are breathtaking and the hike on the path to town was fun too. Hot tub was sparkling and warm and the airhockey table fun for kids. All of the beds are comfortable, especially the sleep number bed in the master BR. Driving to town was only 10 min to grocery, restaurants, ski slopes, etc. Ice skating in Breck was a fun family moment too. We hope to be back!! What a place. Even more impressive than the photos.

My granddaughter accidentally turned one on and gross stuff shot out! They did bring a replacement microwave the next day when the one in the kitchen was shooting sparks. They were NOT accommodating to our request to check in early even though we were sitting in the driveway and the cleaners were already gone. I felt that the property manager could have been friendlier but other than those things, we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was not a bus stop nearby so we had to drive to the slopes and pay for parking (until we discovered the free parking at Airport Road).

The home is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and in a great location. We were close enough to bike into town easily and the neighborhood is wonderful for walking. We have rented many homes in Breck and Trail View Lodge exceeds them all. The only contact we had with Majestic Lodging was to call for additional kitchen garbage bags and they were promptly delivered. We can't recommend Majestic Lodging and Trail View Lodge highly enough!

Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was OK for our group.Several issues we had:Per the description of the kitchen on VRBO, "...and a Viking Four burner gas stove with griddle and grill"...we found out after arrival that there are stickers on the griddle & grill that it is not be used. The handles have even been removed from the front of the cooktop. There is a sign to use the electric griddle which was not there...management dropped off a griddle the next day.The master shower is equipped with a steam shower. It did not work the first day..contacted management. Worker came out the next day and said he would look into repair and management would get back to us. almost a week later we had heard nothing, so contacted management...was told the MR. Steam Co. would be fixing it (not during or stay though).Gas fireplace in master bedroom did not seem to work...controls are on the wall next to fireplace but did not do anything.Same situation with gas fireplace in main living room...tried to turn it on once but nothing happened. Gas fireplaces weren't a huge deal so never contacted management.Beverage / wine fridge in kitchen never got very cold so didn't use it.

Fantastic vacation. House is great - plenty of dinnerware and 2 dishwashers made fixing meals easy. Plenty of room to spread out. Saw mule deer off the deck the first morning. Plan to visit again.

Wonderful Winter Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was so cozy and well stocked with everything we could possibly need! I especially enjoyed the radiant floor heat. It snowed twice during our stay and the views and location were just picturesque. The bathrooms sinks and jacuzzi had a bit of gunk around the faucets but everything else was very clean. Everything was in working order except one washing machine had an out of order sign and was full of water, but there were two machines in the house so it wasn't a big deal. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite at one point, but I contacted property management and they had someone out to fix it immediately.
