THE POOL
*Resurfaced in 2024 with luxurious Pebble Tec
*Solar heated. (With solar heating the temperature will vary based on daily weather and temperature. In San Diego a solar heating system will typically raise the temperature by 5 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit above the ambiant temperature ).
*Chairs, loungers, sun umbrella provide the ultimate in relaxation
*No alcohol or glass near the hot tub

Please Note: We have a fence for the pool that you can use during your stay. If you require the pool to have a fence, it will be the responsibility of the guest to put it up. All we ask is that you take it down before you check out.

Very Important Reminder:
Please do not remove the pool vacuum at anytime.
If the pool vacuum is removed and still plugged in will damage the pump. The system will then alert us if there is extreme pressure on the pump. Also, the pool will not filter and it will turn green.

HOT TUB
Tempture set between 100-102 degrees F, complementary during your sta.

Our hot tub is cleaned and balanced on a weekly basis. If your stay results in our team needing to drain the hot tub beyond our normal draining schedule, this will result in a drain and clean fee of $225.

*Do not add any soaps or chemicals to the pool or hot tub, as it will damage the motor and filters.
*Going into the hot tub with sunscreen on will lead to the water getting cloudy.
*Do not use if pregnant
*For guests 25 years and older
*No alcohol or glass near the hot tub

***Water and electronics do NOT mix well. Please don't use electronics in the hot tub otherwise you run the risk of electrocution***

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including interior and exterior areas. There is one closet located off the second floor master bath that serves as a supply closet for our cleaners, and will always remain locked.

Other things to note
This property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with easy access to freeways, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, particularly in outdoor areas. Please respect these quiet hours and avoid disturbing our lovely neighbors. We want our guests to relax and have an incredible time together. This home is not a place to throw a party. We do NOT allow parties. No music allowed outside at anytime. All outdoor activities must end by 9:00pm. There is a Minut decibel noise monitor. It cannot record conversations, it only monitors the noise level. It is set to alert us if noise goes over 75 decibels during quiet hours. There’s a ring camera on the front exterior entry gate. There is a ring security camera in the backyard. It is facing away from the house toward the pool and yard. Camera is not regularly monitored, it is for use if the decibel monitor goes off or there is a safety issue.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
