💳 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $300 is required and will be processed by the Host on Primary Guest's credit card through Airbnb API-connected software.
🚭 Smoking/Vaping: Strictly no smoking or vaping 💨 on the property.

Parking:
🚗 Ample parking for up to 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat (23x40) in the driveway. Please note that street parking 🚫 is prohibited due to city ordinance.
