Very Well appointed !! Beautiful property that was conveniently located and very private . We enjoyed our girl's weekend so much . We took a tour of the island which is a great experience . We had a wonderful time at the Shrimp/ Grits festival as well .We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was down for work and play and we had the best experience. The amount of space in the home was just right for 6 of us. We loved the neighborhood (and nice neighbors!), the quiet pool, and beautiful beach access. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Jekyll Island Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visiting family loved the house and the location! They had a wonderful time out on the beach (easy beach access within the neighborhood) and riding their bikes on the bike trails. The beautiful house was set up perfectly, with an upper story room the teen loved, two other bedrooms in the middle, and a primary suite on the main floor. Jekyll Realty was very helpful, ensuring a smooth check in and answering all questions. Our family is already planning a return visit!

We booked this property expecting an "entire home," as advertised, but found out it was actually a duplex with the owners living next door. Check-in was another issue; the instructions didn’t arrive until over 4.5 hours after the stated time, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.One of the key reasons we chose this place was the beach access, but upon arrival, we discovered the boardwalk to the beach was closed for construction. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it was a major letdown. The parking was also problematic; the designated space wasn’t big enough for our full-size truck, and we had to park with part of it sticking into the road.Additionally, the listing didn’t mention that the property was three stories tall, with bedrooms spread out across the second and third floors. The cleanliness was lacking as well—dusty floors and hair in the sheets were not acceptable for the price.Overall, this property didn’t live up to expectations. It was frustrating to deal with the privacy issues, parking problems, and lack of beach access. The cleaning could also have been better. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.

We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Necessary repairs were completed to the Ocean Oaks beach access in December. We updated the property headline and description to help clarify parking and that this is a duplex. We appreciate your feedback.
