This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage-style townhome, decorated in rich tones and colorful artwork, will be sure to make any vacation brighter! The first floor is home to a large master bedroom (King) with en suite bathroom, with access to the screened-in porch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee machine, as well as a bar top perfect for entertaining. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, as well as access to the lower screened-in porch and outdoor patio with gas grill. The first floor also includes a powder room and a convenient laundry closet. The second-floor houses two bedrooms (KING & 2 XL TWINS) each with a private bath and access to the upper balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. This cottage is conveniently located just steps from The Cottages North Beach Access. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach and a community firepit.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
