Styled in keeping with the charm and natural ambiance of Jekyll Island, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage is the epitome of Coastal living. You enter this home through the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, both a standard and a Keurig Coffee Machine, a toaster oven, blender, mixer, electric wine opener, and all baking equipment, and an oversized bar top perfect for quick meals. The dining area consists of a bar top for 4 and a dining room table for 6. The enclosed downstairs porch also has a full-sized dining table that seats 6. Outside, enjoy additional seating around the fire pit. The large fenced-in patio includes seating for 12. Bring your friends and family and meet together at this great place! The spacious living area, which boasts a fireplace, leads out to the screened-in porch. Off of the porch is a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. This cottage features a master suite on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in linen closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the half bath, along with the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. Each of these rooms has access to the furnished balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise. This Cottage is equipped with 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, cart, tent, beach toys and 2 adult bikes, and one medium size child's bike. Everything you need for fun in the sun! Access to The Cottages Million Dollar Clubhouse with a swimming pool, billiard and fitness room, beach deck, and beach access are included with your stay. This Cottage is minutes away from 3 golf courses, Driftwood Beach, ocean-side biking trails, paddle boarding and kayaking, putt-putt golf, golf cart rentals, the Turtle Center, and Emerald Princess Casino Cruise. Plus it is only a five-minute walk and 300 feet from the beach!

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
