New for 2026! Beautiful lake views and spectacular sunsets are yours to be had from this west facing, 3-bedroom lakefront home. With 200' of private waterfrontage and an expansive grassy lawn leading to the amazing natural sandy beach, you will want to spend every moment outdoors enjoying this property. The shallow water walk-in entry is great for adults and children alike. And don't forget there is a home for your boat for a vessel up to 22'. As with many Lake Winnipesaukee properties, the water near shore tends to be shallow. Boats up to 22’ are permitted, and a slow approach is recommended when nearing the dock.

This home boasts lots of natural light flowing into most rooms of the house. The main floor has a large kitchen with plenty of room for all of the chefs in the family to work together creating those masterpiece meals. The dining area and living room are open concept with a wall of windows overlooking the Lake. The whole gang can have that memorable meal together reminiscing about the fun that was had that day.
There is also a comfy three season room off the living room with direct access to the oversized deck with picnic table.
Off the main entry down a short hallway is a half bath, separate laundry room and large main bedroom with a king bed and windows facing the lake. There is an attached bath with a tub/shower combo as well as an additional walk-in shower.

Up the carpeted stairway to the second floor, you will find a sun-filled loft area with a twin bed, two additional bedrooms and a full bath.
Bedroom two has 4 twin beds and bedroom three has a queen bed and 2 twins.

All of the bedrooms have window air conditioners, and the living room has a portable air conditioner for those steamy summer days and nights.

There is a gas bbq gill and two additional picnic tables for those outdoor picnics and a large selection of games and books for those not so sunny days.
The owner will also provide 3 single kayaks and a paddleboard for use at your own risk. (There are some life jackets available, but we do recommend that you bring your own).

Sorry, the detached garage and outbuilding by the picnic tables are not available for guest use.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $225. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
