You'll love our cozy cottage on Pinkham's Cove for the natural beauty, sandy beach, shallow swimming area, and crystal-clear water just 58 feet from the front porch. Enjoy the harmony of loons as you relax on the water-front dock, the lake-side gazebo, or while sunbathing on the private float. Go fishing, play a game of corn hole, and take out the canoe, paddle boat, or kayak on the calm waters of Pinkhams Cove. Don't forget to light up the campfire in the evening, gaze at the stars, and roast marshmallows for s'mores. The property is close to the quaint Belgrade Village. A local marina is available to launch your boat. Visit the village for fresh blueberry donuts or pie at Day's Store, have a delicious meal at Sadie's Boathouse or the Village Inn, go golfing, and check out the local farmer's market on Sunday. Also close by is the capitol of the Augusta, Colby College & Thomas College in Waterville, and the Freeport Outlets (50 miles). Take day trips to famous Maine locations like Boothbay Harbor (44 miles), the Old Port in Portland (60 miles), or Bar Harbor (81 miles). Perfect for a couple or family with 1 to 2 small children. We spent our third year there this year and already have plans for our fourth, next year! Perfect location to go and do whatever you choose or remain at the beautiful lakefront. The camp is always immaculate as is the property.The owners are readily accessible and are pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this location.Jamie and Cathy B

Relaxing vacation

Very relaxing vacation. The lake is beautiful. Gerry and the entire family were very friendly and helpful. The weather was not great but we still had a nice stay.

The property was just the right size for a couple. Very friendly family who went out of way to make sure we had everything. Nice area with nearby attractions.

Our Pinkham's Cove cottage was cozy and comfortable with a goregeous view of Great Pond. There was ample outdoor seating as well as water floats and kayaks. The extended family hosts in cottages nearby was friendly and helpful. The whole Belgrade 7 Lakes area is lively. We even visited the Maine Cabin Masters headquarters and several other lake towns in between relaxing. As Texans, we have loved learning about "Vacation Land."

I had a fantastic week here and in Belgrade lakes. Beautiful view. They have paddleboards and kayaks and 2 great picnic areas. I had friends on the lake that could come and pick me up in the dock. Cute town. Farmers market. Shops. Restaurants. And my cabin was just perfect !!

Lake magic

Location on lake is delicious and many lake and yard pleasures are provided/included. Charming town with culinary surprises is nearby. Cottage is adequate and carefully stocked. Friendly hosts who willingly share.

Pinkham Cove Lakefront Cottage

Lovely, well-kept lakefront. Cottage was well equipped, exactly as described and was neat as a pin. Had access to all the water toys and common areas. Family members communicated well and gave us as much privacy as we wanted. We were blessed with perfect weather and look forward to a return trip next year.

Week @ Belgrades Lakes Region

This small cottage worked great for us because we are a couple. It was clean, comfortable and appointed nicely. We met family members who own this cottage because they have 3 other cottages on the same property which they were using on that weekend (Labor Day). All were friendly, helpful and respected our space & time there. We had use of their small boats which we enjoyed a bit. There was plenty of outdoor seating for our use, in the sun or in shady areas. We are considering returning next year.

Relaxing on Pinkhams Cove

My wife and I just returned from a weeklong stay on Great Pond. The house and grounds were exactly as advertised. We loved the small cozy cabin, which is perfect for a couple. This area of the lake is quiet and peaceful. We loved spending time in the "summer house" which is an outdoor pavilion right beside the lake. The property has been owned and managed by a family for three generations. The family members whom we met were friendly and very accommodating. They truly worked hard to make us feel welcome while also respecting our privacy. The shared outdoor space worked out fine as there was plenty of room and seating options. We certainly would recommend this location would like to return some day.

Everything I wanted!

My husband and I needed a week away we were looking for somewhere to just relax and spend some quality time. we took a chance and we are so happy we did. This cottage was everything we wanted. It was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. The family is friendly I felt like we were old friends right away. You can have as much alone time as you like. My husband and I were glad to socialize with such nice people. We kayaked tried paddle boarding, and we rode our bikes. Fires at night on the shore of the lake ended the night after watching the sky turn amazing colors as the sun set. The closest town is what you would call a quintessential Maine town. I am telling you it was everything we wanted. We plan on making it out yearly getaway.

Enjoying time in Maine

A pleasant surprise. We wanted to rent a small cabin for 2 weeks to use as a base for exploring the Waterville/Augusta area to look for an apartment or possibly house to rent when we retire in a year. We plan to spend summers in Maine and winters in Florida. We have large family in the area. We knew the cabin was near a lake but did not realize it was actually right on the south end of the Great pond. We figured we would spend time exploring the area, have dinner with our Sons and their families and then stay at the cabin at night. After the 2 weeks, we would all gather at a larger place for a weeks vacation. As it turned out we were able to enjoy kayaking, canoeing and swimming during the day. The view of the lake was beautiful. The family that owns the cabin also owns 3 adjacent dwellings so we got to meet family and renters who have been coming back for over 30 years. Instead of being just a place to sleep at night, 90 Pinkham Cove turned into a lovely oasis to enjoy while away from home and work. The cabin was clean and tidy and well cared for. We look forward to returning

Lake Front Stay

Our vacation was long over due and Check in was made very easy by the Owner. All accommodations were very well presented by the Owner. Plenty of amenities available by the Owner. Very Happy with our selection of this cabin-home as the Owner takes very god care of the cabin-home.

Beautiful cottage right on lake

Very enjoyable stay. Owners are very nice and accommodating! My husband and I pretty much sat out reading and just enjoying the view of the lake. Paddleboat was fun! Cottage is very cute and cozy! Would definitely go back again!

Awesome hostess.

She met us the following day and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in from time to time and even went to find decent seafood restaurants for us to try, as it was our first time in Maine.

Nice camp and waterfront,I wish it would of had some boat dock space as shown in in rental photos.

This would of been perfect for us if we didn’t have to trailer the boat to the public dock,but overall we had a good time.

Great Pond / Great experience

The cottage located on Pinkham Cove is a wonderful get away complete with water toys and a fire pit. It is a quiet and open space. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Lissa who gave me a brief history of the family complex and offered several suggestions for things to do in the Belgrade Lakes area. The cottage was clean and cozy, just what I needed. I met Gerry later and she was also a wonderful source of information and very easy to talk to. Overall, my trip was excellent and the welcome from the hostesses was a blessing. I would recommend this property to all who desire an experience of a lifetime!.

Great little spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Great Pond. The cabin has everything a couple could need for a week and the friendly hosts were close by if we needed anything. A perfect place to take off in one of the kayaks for a spin up the lake and a beautiful sandy waterfront that I'd easily recommend to anyone with a small child. We don't normally rent a place more than once as we love new locations but this is one we'd happily come back to!
