NEW RENOVATION! A Modern Twist on Southwest Living

Beautiful new addition to the Desert Vista Luxury Homes portfolio of premier vacation rental homes. This home has been newly renovated to update the interior with a modern twist on Southwest Living and is now ready to welcome you in North Scottsdale! With an emphasis on outdoor living, the sprawling patio draws you outside to multiple gathering spaces around an outdoor HDTV, bar seating by the built-in BBQ, a gas fire pit, multi-cup putting green and sparkling pool and spa.

BEDROOMS
Each of 4 bedrooms is outfitted with plush mattresses and premium linens for a great night's sleep. There are 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 2 Full beds and we will gladly provide an airbed if additional sleeping space is needed. The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Primary Suite: 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom
Guest Bedroom: 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom
Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with shared hallway bathroom
Guest Bedroom : 2 Full beds with shared hallway bathroom

BATHROOMS
Each of 3 spa-like bathrooms is outfitted with hairdryers, a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap), makeup wipes and hand soap. Plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided as well.

KITCHEN
A newly updated kitchen fully equipped with excellent appliances invites meal preparation of all sizes. Small appliances include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, mixer, crockpot, waffle maker, griddle, rice cooker and more! Children's dinnerware is stocked for our littlest guests.

LOCATION
Located in the heart of North Scottsdale Valley just minutes from hiking trails, world-class spas and excellent golf courses in all directions, the quaint and picturesque towns of Carefree and Cave Creek, the Pinnacle Peak recreation area and the Grayhawk and DC Ranch area retail shopping, convenience shopping, dining and entertainment. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) airport is 30 minutes away; Scottsdale Municipal (SDL) airport is 15 minutes away.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
