Exceptional location. We plan to visit on a routine basis. The room was large and extremely relaxing (reference the YouTube videos). However, the Staff was far more exceptional than the room. That speaks more than anything. Great service, value and location. Enjoy The Office and Edith’s Restaurant for amazing memories too. Thank you everyone!!

Excellent all around!! Would definitely stay again. Very Beautiful and clean. No complaints what so ever. Isabella was awesome, and the welcome treat was such a nice suprise! We loved every second of our stay here!

Great place!
I just wanted to say that we loved our stay at La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas. What a beautiful resort and what a great place for family and friends. Great staff and wonderful amenities! We are looking forward to coming back sometime soon!

What a wonderful perfect getaway!
Everything was so great! From the welcome surprise to the ease of check-in and upkeep of the villa, it was all perfect. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Perfect Stay
We were pleasently surprised with this amazing property. Everything we needed was right there! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at!

Relaxing and Beautiful
The condo and resort area was wonderful! We had a great view from the balcony! The pools were enjoyable -- and the walks along the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, and the amenities were many!

Great time in Cabo
We had 5 in our party and the stay couldn't have been better. When we arrived someone came and made us guacamole and salsa, along with providing beverages. The resort is great and a fun time all around.

The Place is Perfect!
Been going to Cabo for over 20 years and this condo was by far the nicest I have stayed at. Perfect location you can walk down the beach and go to the Office for all there Great food Just loved it I will stay here from now on and looked at buying a condo for myself and family at this location again thank you

Wonderful, relaxing, perfect vacation!
Villa La Estancia was perfect for our family of 4, my teenage boys had their own room/space. Loved the terrace and even saw some whales breaching while eating dinner. Close to town and the marina, water sports available on the beach by the hotel. Excellent service by all staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property with excellent concierge to help with transportation, groceries, and welcome margaritas!! Walking distance to the "OFFICE" and great view of the Sea of Cortez. We love Villa La Estancia!

Beautiful condo with a great owner!
We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and clean, with lots of space and a wonderful view. The facility is perfect and the owner was super easy to work with and a great communicator! Would definitely come back!

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc., - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area. - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.- All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
